    Had an interior leak that I figured was coming from my roof. Called my insurance company and this was one of the places they recommended. Once they finally got back with me ***** was finally able to come out that I arranged with my Mom to meet him. He discussed with her slightly but told her that he would contact me and tell me all of the details.We scheduled for ***** to come out on 9/7.On 9/6 I received a text indicating that he had a dental issue come up and was not going to be able to make it on 9/7 and could he call tomorrow (9/7) and schedule for Wednesday or Thursday.. I replied that was fine. He reached out and we talked and were able to schedule for him to meet my mom on 9/8 at 11 a.m. He said that it will work perfect. on 9/10 I received a text that said "Hey x** this is **** with Carlton I was able to get by and take a look and inspect the roof today. Please allow me to be in contact tomorrow in regards to my finds". I replied. Ok Thanks so much.No response on 9/11, 9/12, or 9/13. On 9/14 I texted and I was touching base and I didn't hear back from you. Nothing. On 9/15 I texted again and said checking in again. No response I accidentally hit call on the phone and it called him so he talked with me and told me his findings. I told him that let me call State farm and get a claim going because he said there was definite hail damage on the south side and he thought there might be a leak in the valley on the front or north side.I filed my claim with state farm. They finally called and scheduled an adjuster to come out on October 1. On Monday 09/20 I texted **** as I awoke to more inside leaking and advised him they couldn't get out until October 1. They (State farm) approved some type of minor repair they just needed pictures and documentation. I asked if I could get on the schedule to do it very soon. He replied that he understood them not being able to get out until Oct 1 because there is alot of hail damage. and that he would be in contact tomorrow (Tuesday) in regards to fixing or at least temporarily fixing the roof leak.Tuesday at 4:10 I texted **** because I hadn't heard from him. He replied and said he was still out and about and as soon as he got back to the office he would call me to schedule (No Call)Wednesday at 7:34 he texted and asked if there would be a specific time that I would possibly be home tomorrow (Thursday) I told him that I work 8 to ***************************************************** could possibly leave work early. He texted I can come see you at 5:30 if that will work. and asked if i was taking in water. I replied and said it's dripping inside but not heavily. He replied Are you home at 5 oclock tomorrow evening. I replied and said I can be there by 5 as I work in mount comfort.His reply was lets plan on 5 oclock tomorrow or just a little later. I have a dentist appointment at 3:45 and should be able to make it there by then . Text you on my way. I replied and said that sounds good I will **** it on my calendar and make sure i am there Today at 1:24 I received a text message "Good Afternoon ****, in regards to our meeting tonight at 5 o'clock I should have checked with the wife. I had no idea that we had dinner plans with family that is flying back home tomorrow morning. Is there anyway and as of right now there's no rain in the forecast, can we meet Monday at 5 o'clock? I am so very sorry for any inconvenience."my reply:"If you don't want the business or can't make appointments I can just find someone else. I have been living with a leak for 2 weeks."His reply:"Sure if there was rain in the forecast I would've told my wife that she needs to go without me because of all the rain we've had and I'm doing with the lake. (His error not mine) With no rain in the forecast I did not think it would be a big deal. With the text message you just sent me it's best that you go find somebody else because I will not work for someone that will talk to me like that. Take care"I have been more than patient and accommodating after being told he would call me and he didn't and I had to reach out to him every time. They didn't even get the work (which they might have because I believe in support of local business) but dependability and response was totally awful and unacceptable. I made sure that I would not recommend them to anyone and also called my insurance agency and advised them they should take them off their list of possible contractors to give to their clients.

    Once the owner was made aware of the situation he reached out to customer, no answer but left a voice mail message. He then was able to talk with customer to make an effort to resolve.

    Mr. **** Carlton reached out to me today in regards to this matter. He advised me that he was out of town and he left that in a voicemail to me. I told him that I never received any voicemail. He persisted that he did leave the voicemail. I told him that I never received it and said have a nice day and hung up. About 10 min later I received a whole batch of voicemails (5 to be exact) that for some reason ******** issue I believe) and one of those was mr. *********************** I am in the process of emailing to tell him that I apologize for not getting that voicemail.
