Paid $137 for dead strawberry plants. 3 grape vine never received, 6 near dead blueberry plants. Please will someone put stars in the negative. I would give them -4Review from Barbara B

I am an Urban Farmer in my 4th year of growing vegetables. I have several companies that I buy seeds from. This is my last time for dealing with Urban Farmer after two other issues with getting my orders. They have no access to speaking to them on the phone and they may or may not answer your contact question. I may be out $15.00 as they refuse to answer about my order. I was told in an email the order went out on 5/5 or 5/6 and without a tracking number. Do they not know when they sent something. Trust me do not order from them or prepare for the headache you may have afterwards. I usually read reviews before working with a company. Now I am mad at myself because I just read everything below and I could have saved myself if I had seen these first.Review from Corrie B

I ordered several hundred dollars worth of seeds as well as sweet potato slips and asparagus starts. The sweet potato and asparagus starts arrived covered in mold. I emailed their customer service twice and never received a response. None of the vegetable or flower seeds ever sprouted.Review from Lori K

I ordered seeds (which should have come immediately) and sweet potato slips (which weren't due to me for a few months). When I didn't get the seeds, I tried to use the order tracker feature on the website, which didn't work. I contacted them via the website about the seeds and got no reply. I sent them an email about the seeds and got no reply. I contacted them via the website requesting they cancel/refund my order and got no reply. At this point I'll be calling them or disputing it through my credit card company.Review from Elisabeth L

I wish you could rate them 0 stars. My order was missing a packet of seeds which the packing slip "claimed" my money was refunded. After many attempts to reach them by phone, I left 3 voice mails and 3 email inquiries. They have never responded to anyof my inquiries. Do not order from this business!
