The 3 installers never stretched the carpet, couldn't close the bedroom doors cause carpet was laid in too far in threshold. It had wrinkles in hall immediately, it was eventually taken care of now I have several large wrinkles, and they won't send extra men to move our furniture, so what to do!!!

This was an install from 2019. When we spoke to the customer originally, she stated they had been back to stretch the carpet after original install, and that the same issues occurred. We sent someone to try to remove the wrinkles present as a courtesy. We did not know nor were we told there was heavy furniture that needed to be moved so the room could be stretched. We advised them that since it was not a simple repair (and the initial job was out of a two-year warranty period) that we would need to prepare a quote if they wanted us to complete the work. We never heard back after that until this message.Review from Anthony B

I clearly have a grout issue from my home being built STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Kerman's refuses to repair this issue.Review from blake

This company is very difficult to deal with. I had a warranty issue with our upstairs carpet and Master bathroom flooring. They were able to repair the carpet, but the vinyl flooring contractor never showed up. After the no call no show, I called the scheduling department and told her about my issue and they had not been notified by the contractor that they failed to fulfill their repair ticket. I then got rescheduled, and 30 minutes before our appointment window, they called and canceled, because they "Already had the information of what needed to be repaired" and were going to call back to reschedule (again) a technician to come repair the floor. They never called me back. I have called 6 times to try and get this issue resolved with no success. I have taken off work 3 time and I have nothing to show for it. I was finally able to speak with someone about this issue and they patched me through to the president. His "fix" to the issue is, having someone come out and repair my flooring and then give me a $100 **** card as a "sorry" for all of their missed appointments and failures to speak with me. Absolute waste of my time. Please never do business with this company if you don't have to.
