I hired Paul Davis Restoration to take care of my house after hail damage. The salesperson was so nice & accommodating. He explained things to me & asked me to sign documents. From the beginning the project went wrong. To sum it up they started taking siding off of my house on June 17 & my house was without siding for over a month. During this time my yard was a disaster, with pieces of plastic, siding, nails, cigarettes, ladders & trash all over our yard. I had to reach out to our project manager for him to come out & he defended the delay & the stuff everywhere. It was finally cleaned up & siding finished. They took a tv off our outdoor area & when they rehung it they did not put it on a stud & it fell. They ordered a new tv to hang it is was much smaller than the one i had. I let them know that as well & a new tv was purchased & hung. They took a gable vent off of the house & lost it, and I still don't have a new one and they are saying I owe $80 for a new one even though they lost it. The project manager that was so nice is now a big jerk & he sent me an invoice that included that vent they lost, painting that I didn't hire their company for & talks about charging me $1,100 for a window they allegedly ordered 4 months ago that still isn't in. I've told them to replace the vent (that they lost) & I will pay them what I owe them & not a penny more. I am a single mother & this asshole is trying to take advantage of me & I've already paid them $21,000 & after my vent is replaced I will be paying them $19k. They are horrible to work with and this guy enjoys ripping off a single mother.
