At first was very enthusiastic about my purchase until the car started harshly shifting into first and second and third gears. And found out they didn't even service transmission like they should have now they are trying to give me a bunch of runarounds which is sketchy and shady business practices!!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this establishment! They are always consistently the best deal and their service is top tier. The variety, price, and service is what gets me every time. They know I'll be back!

UPDATE: THE WORKERS AT INDY AUTO MAN NOT ONLY TRIED TO "COMPENSATE ME WITH A $250 CHECK TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW" THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD BE UNABLE TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE UNLESS I CHANGED MY REVIEW OF SERVICE! I HAVE INCLUDED SCREENSHOTS OF THEIR STAFF TEXTING ME SUCH! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY RAN MY CREDIT FOR A *** THEY SOLD HOURS PRIOR TO PULLING MY CREDIT. NOTIFIED ME THAT THE *** WAS SOLD AND SUGGESTED THAT I LOOK AT THEIR INVENTORY! FOR CONTEXT I FILLED OUT A CREDIT FORM FOR A SPECIFIC ***, WHICH THEY SOLD...MEANING THE *** WAS NEVER IN THEIR POSSESSION! WEEKS LATER I HAVE A BETTER ***.... FROM A BETTER DEALERSHIP.... FOR A BETTER PRICE! AND ALL I ASKED FOR FROM THEM IS A LETTER STATING FAULT SO THAT I CAN GET THE 8 CREDIT INQUIRIES REMOVED. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS (SCREENSHOTS CAN BE FOUND ON ****** REVIEW AND ******** REVIEW) OF THEIR STAFF GIVING ME AN ULTIMATUM BEFORE SENDING THE LETTER. AGAIN, POOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATION, POOR MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP, AND OVERALL 0/10 EXPERIENCE. Dishonest! Buyer Beware! Grossly misrepresented a 2016 ******** G63, I was told it was immaculate, solid, it was terrible! ***** and dings everywhere; command screen broken with a huge line through it: I was promised reimbursement for the $300 Uber ride home which never came! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

I guess I should have read these reviews before purchasing my vehicle, but I always want to give businesses a fair chance. I WAS WRONG! I purchased a vehicle last month and it has been there twice for service. My ********** has had an oil leak since I purchased it but I was told it was inspected and there was no oil leak. Valvoline has notified us of the oil leak and the exact place where it is leaking. OIL LEAKS are nothing to be misdiagnosed! It's a safety, liability and negligence issue. Once they have your money, they really don't care! I'm at the point now where I need to get my attorney involved.

BEWARE!!!short version: I live 4 hours away from these liars. I made a deal a week before I drove to them. Sales man ***** said the vehicle is perfect condition he saw it himself. He said all their vehicles go through a 150 point inspection. (Which is a lie, ***** said so himself). I made a deal for a 2016 Porsche image attached. I told ***** that I will be driving 4 hours to get this vehicle and trade mine in. I've told ***** that I have ******** will be on a tight schedule & to make sure the vehicle is ready to go when I arrive, multiple times, there are text messages for proof. I made it clear that I want to arrive, test drive, sign and leave as I sent all papers (several times) and had all mine with me. I informed ***** several days ahead when I would arrive. ***** ensured me that the vehicle is ready to go a night before & the morning when I drove out. I texted ***** when I was 40 miles away. I arrived, the car is being "cleaned" & they ran out of gas but a gas station across the street that they would fill it. Remember the car was ready to go right? Lied from the first second I met these people. Had no respect for my time. It gets better, I can't make this up. He was PUSHING to sign papers, but first we wanted to testdrive. When I returned with the vehicle, I pointed out to ***** that the vehicle had 2 visible dents one in the front & one in the back that I was never told about. The vent inside the car was broken, chrome piece on the button for windows was broken. None of this was told to me. The MAIN ISSUE was when I opened up the hood to check the engine, I closed the hood and the hood light was on, I was confused. I went back out to check, opened the hood and saw that passenger light was loose. I was able to pick up the whole LIGHT ASSEMBLY with my hands. The only thing that was holding the light down were the cables. I showed that to *****, he goes in gets a random S**** and a S**** DRIVER in front of me and tries to s**** down the light assembly.
