This community could be so much more then it is. We have been here for 4 months and it has been an interesting ride. We still haven't received a water bill after 4 months which is bizarre. I am in contact with an attorney for that. Our outside lights haven't been installed which is a safety hazard. We were out of A.C for 3 months and the maintenance crew had no clue about it. Office was told immediately. The office even sent them to the wrong house across the street the same day they fixed it. They threatened to evict renters and home owners on the 4th of July if they set off fireworks. We pay for a ****************** they check under the trailer, look for leaks, and change your air filter. They threatened to charge renters if we didn't answer when they came. July 17th 2023 they never showed up at all. If you express your concerns to ***** and ***** they smile and nod like they are listening and care, but they don't do anything. They threaten renters for A.C units in the windows, and tell them they will evict them. But they never offer to fix their A.C units. Which is unacceptable. Anytime someone stops me and asks me if I like this place I tell them to stay away. I wouldn't tell anyone to live here. Especially if they can't take care of simple requests or concerns. In all my time of renting apartments I never have dealt with such unprofessional behavior. This community has had a few lawsuits against them. Well there about to have another one. I have contacted multiple companies, and an attorney about what is happening here. There's theft in the neighborhood. They said cops patrolled the area and that's a lie. They never fixed our yard. So many promises and none of them have been kept. I would give them -0 stars if I could. And I will never tell people to live here. All of our neighbors on our street and other streets have told us nothing but horror stories. Something has got too be done. If someone came and talked to residents they would be disgusted.
