I highly recommend Tag Roofing & Restoration as I hired them for a roof replacement. **************************** Nick was my contact and he was extremely professional, timely, and informative in not only explaining all the details to me, but also to my insurance company. He and his crew took time in preparing all the detailed documentation for my insurance company so the process of getting insurance payments went very smoothly. Throughout the roof installation process, he and his crew used magnets to thoroughly search for any roofing nails. I was extremely impressed in how many times they repeated this process. His company also painted the ceilings which had been stained from roof leakage and his painter did a thorough and excellent job. Also, I had his company pressure wash my driveway and it looks beautiful now. Never did this company once pressure me for a roof replacement; in fact, I contacted them when I noticed the leaks. Even then, he spent a significant amount of time showing me pictures of my roof and explaining why I might consider replacing it. Nick always responded timely when I had questions and was prompt in getting my roof replacement and interior painting scheduled right away. For both the roof replacement and interior painting, Nick was there for the majority of the time inspecting the work. Once finished, he thoroughly inspected it again. I honestly didn’t expect to see Nick so involved in the process once the roof replacement was scheduled, so I was pleasantly surprised he was so involved in making sure everything was done correctly and timely. Also, the workers were respectful of my property - no trash left and no loud music while they were doing the work — very, very pleased with this. I can’t say enough positive things about this company as I expect excellent and professional work when I hire someone to work on my home and this company didn’t disappoint.

I found out 2 days before my husband died that my roof needed repair or my homeowners insurance was going to cancel. I was so overwhelmed with so much to deal with that I truly needed help. Tag did a great job on installing our new roof. They made the process easy and the roof Installation was very quick. I believe it took them two days. They were meticulous at picking up debris at the end of the job, and even pressure washed all of the driveway and walkway once complete. I would definitely refer them to family and friends.

I had the pleasure of having TAG replace my roof in June '23. They did a great job with the replacement itself, were very patient dealing with issues concerning my insurance, and have been quick to respond to my inquiries and requests after the job was finished.
