      This is a fraudulent and unresponsive and rude group of unscrupulous company. They've added all kinds of fees. Now they are disconnecting water without even having a disconnect notice and bills never came in. Our bills have gone from $30 to $200 in just a year. I plan to see their Bond. The service is crappy to the utmost of crappy because their the only water company as they all are. What a bunch of horrible, fraudulent and ******** people.

      When I sold my home all my bills were paid. I forwarded my mail, and recieved the ususal "clean up" bills associated with moving. Si Environmental, however, never sent me a final bill. They never called me to say I had another bill, they never emailed, and they never tried to send a second bill. How do I know? Well, 9 months after I moved I discovered that a small amount of money had been sold to a credit collection agency and I was now in collections. This could impact my ability to start service elsewhere, and this could happen to other people. I suppose Ft. Bend County has contracted with Si to provide services to residents. With any luck, county authorities will see all the complaints and re-evaluate their choice of vendors. This sort of thing is NOT ok. It is NOT the way a business should operate, and it is certainly NOT the way a governmental authority should treat it's citizens. If you are reading this, I pity you. You have no choice but to deal with this sloppy, poorly processed organization.

      THE WORST, TERRIBLE WATER COMPANY EVER EVER! Reasons: - MONOPOLY - the only one company that provides water in my area, so they can do/charge whatever they want. Customers/residents have no other option. More details: 1. My first water bill was $245.90 - though it included $150 deposit and $35 some random transfer fee. 2. Water quality - You can expect dirty water anytime in your taps, so please beware !!! 3. I had to withdraw two transactions they made on my bank checking account because they provided wrong description of these charges - stating that the withdraws are related to state/local tax and seem like spam withdraws. They never accept their mistakes and had put penalties against me. I requested to waive these penalties (because it was not my mistake - it was either their mistake and/or bank's mistake - though my bank contacted them multiple times) to their board of directors - but, of course, no use !!

      Sienviro (Si enviromental LLC) is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Worst of all, it is a monopoly, which means that there is no way to change to another company because it is the only one that provides water service in the sector where I live. This power they have allows them to charge whatever they want for the service, to charge stratospheric penalties, to charge for thousands of gallons of water that have not been used simply because they feel like it. Complete arrogance when calling customer service. They never fix billing errors. They know they have the power and if you don't pay what they say, you are left without water service because you can't choose another company.

      I would give zero starts if I could!! Si Environmental is one of the most difficult companies I have ever had to deal with in my life. I have been attempting to set up water services for my property for the past 8 months with over 10 phone calls made to the organization. With every phone call, I received a run around on how the services set up process should be managed from the fact that my builder is responsible for setting up services, to a request for an additional inspection requirement, to multiple customer service representatives who could not provide me with appropriate guidance or lead me to a correct individual to discuss my issue with. All of this is very frustrating when all you are trying to do is have water and pay the bill. The latest frustration came from a note that was left by a Si Environmental personnel stating that my water will be shut off if an account is not established with them. The main question I have is how am I supposed to establish an account with Si Environmental if I cannot receive appropriate guidance from a customer service representative or when my calls are being dropped after an extensive wait. Very frustrating experience that is dragging on for way too long.

      They misapplied payments from someone else to my account first three months they managed it. Then took six months to notice and to notify me. Then they still did not notice that the for the next two months following errors of billing they never sent statements showing water usage nor monthly amounts due just sent me one letter showing total amount due. Then they again did not send any statements for the next two months following errors at beginning of the year. It is now May 10th and no April and May due date statements. Maybe in six months I will get another letter but no monthly statements

      Si Environmental, LLC do not care about their customers. I have contacted this company multiple times about their billing error and did not receive any resolution besides an employee claiming to be a manager who promised to keep in contact to investigate my account. However, I did not receive any further communications from any Si Environmental personnel after 6/30/22, and now that number no longer exists when called. I was charged for 38,000 gallons worth of water. I do not have a sprinkler system or a pool. I showed proof that I did not use that much amount of water through the usage statistics on the ********** App for the smart water meter installed in my home a few months before I purchased the house. The smart meter calibrates with the app every 15 minutes to calculate usage down to the hour. The app shows that more than half of the water usage was prior to my closing date: 37.1 gallons - February 5,303.9 gallons - March 16,580 gallons - April For 2 May to 2 June (Billing cycle); First month of ownership - 15,049.4 gallons The so-called manager advised me that this happens often where they have billed previous months into one bill. There are numerous people on other websites that have said the same thing. I was advised that it will be investigated further. However, I did not receive any further call, e-mail, or letter after 6/30/22 from Si Environmental, LLC. I was left to pay the billing error because I did not want to be charged a late fee, disconnection and reconnection fee, and other service-related fee that this company would have charged. This company is unprofessional and incompetent. One employee was able to walk me through the entire app with no issues while the so-called manager told me that he and his employees did not have enough training to read the statistics on the ********** app. After being called out, he becomes defensive and tried to change his statement. If you are a customer, please monitor your water usage and bill.
