Highly recommend Living Trees & Shrubs.10+++ stars service. We can't not express our gratitude to Doug and his landscaping team helping us with design, concept, and execution on the project. Doug is just an amazing great person who is easy to talk to and extremely nice!!!!!! Our experience with living Tree & Shrubs, Doug: AMAZING!!! February 2021, our shrubs died during the Texas winter storm. So we wanted to wait until everthing settled down with landscaping needs. New design or replant just the dead plants...were unsure what we wanted to do. We had a few ideas and plants in mind. We weren't sure if we just wanted to pull the dead plants or redo the entire front landscaping. Called around and came across Living Trees & Shrubs. So pleased with them!!!! I spoke to the owner Doug. He is very friendly and was able to come that week (a few days after our call) to look at our landscaping. He came over and we walk through some of the issues. So we just decided to redo the entire landscaping and so happy we did!!! THANK YOU DOUG! Once design was approved they started a few days afterwards. Only took a few days and would have been done sooner but there was a lot of rain that week. They also trimmed our trees and did not butcher them. He is a very responsive person whether you text or call him. Doug is truly an expert and is very knowledgeable about plant care. We even contact him recently to ask about winterizing the plants. He guide us and was extremely helpful. He also told us what plants would go dormant and what to look for if they start to go south. We will eventually add uplighting to front and back. Then backyard design...living Trees and Shrubs, we will definitely use their services again. All the neighbors loved the new landscaping, everyone said how nice it was because you can actually see the house.
