For several year i have been using El Expreso on Main, Harrisburg & Lockwood for $45 dollars and then when you go to store front its $55 basically 15 to 20 more. I noticed for the past years back this establishment promote to the Hispanic and latin community and strongly believe they are just shooting up the prices to the hispanic community because I saw a anglo american buy one in front of me for exactly $48 for a round trip! To top it off they act like it was a greyhound bus upping the prices to the community; they leave from main address and they drop you off at another location were the promise the pick you up from witch does not make no sense just because the driver does not want to drop you off their!!! They jam pack the whole bus to top to bottom even during covid the bus was packed up with a care for no one their only because i needed to travel i had no choice but to use them. Communication very horrible need and extreme makeover. No professionalism at if they want to act like a real establishment then they should have up the hour bus not one every 9am and 9pm this is ludacris then dont leave at time they put on the paper they leave an hour later. In Brownsville they blame the bus is stuck on the border and the bus is parked at the station? Plus in the evening at 3 or 4 am the bus station is closed so is the gate no guard to attend to you and is not safe out side no one of this establishment with all the homeless people running around at that hour. This bus station looks like mom & pap shop but for that same reason they should be held responsible for the same standard as all buss that trouble form state to state or international.
