    I purchased a package worth of $600 from PrimeLaser located 4840 Sweetwater Blvd, B, Sugarland, TX 77479 on June 23, 2022. They send me receipt but I never signed a contract. I never used the package. I asked them on Dec 2022 to refund my money because I was not going to be in town anymore and can't use their services. The supervisor Samira agreed and said that I have to wait two weeks because they have refund waitlist where others are in front of me. This made no sense but I respected her and waited. I called on the third week asking for the money they said Samira is sick and she comes back in 10 days. I waited again and called and they said the money is processing. Again I waited couple days and I called on Monday feb 6th 2023 after waiting six weeks, the front lady worker submitted the refund of $300 to my personal card ending in 3450. I asked her what about the $300 that I paid with my business card (ESR Visionary Enterprise) ending in 2037 and which I have explained to Samira the very first time I spoke with her. The lady hung up on me. I went to the business and asked to speak with Samira. They called her on the phone and she told me to leave her office because I was speaking louder than her and when I asked her about my other $300, she told her worker to walk me out. I walked out, They called police on me and I called and officer on them because I believe they stole my money. Samira came to the clinic and spoke with the officer and told the officers they are investigating because the other card is not under my name which they never mentioned it to me. I showed the officer my ID, my receipt, my bank statement and my business credit card. They put restriction order on me which all I did is asking for my money. The officers believed what Samira was saying is not true because all the documents clearly shows that I paid for it and they have to return it. The officers recommended to file BBB report and small claim courts. I am requesting a refund of $300.

    This practice in Katy and its front office manager is a nightmare to interact with. The supervisor(samaira) and manager are both inefficient in handling clients. But my biggest issues with them is they somehow keeping messing up appointments. I have shown up for an appointment here after confirming/rescheduling over the phone. But once I arrive on time, they tell me that I do not have an appointment. and then they just ask me to wait for a slot to open up while suggesting that its my problem that I haven't called one day ahead and confirmed the appointment. Once I faced the same issue multiple times and got tired of being treated badly, I asked to cancel my package. Then started the horrid experience I had with this facilities manager and the supervisor on phone. I was asking them to reimburse the money equivalent to unused part of my package and asking for an official email to confirm the same. They could have reimbursed me right at the time too, but they choose not to. and also did not provide me with any official email or letter stating their intent to return my money. After this they were extremely rude, especially the supervisor(Samaira) and asked me to leave the office. All I was asking them was to reimburse my money or give me an official email/document that they will reimburse me. This facility has no respect for the clients time and no intent to look after the clients interest/needs. Really bad experience as a customer that I would not wish on anyone else. There are a lot of other laser removal spas in Houston who really care and treat their customers/clients better. All my comments are for the Katy location practice. I have not dealt with other prime laser locations and do not have any comments on them.
