I wish I could give negative 5 stars.. The Original Timmy Chans on Scott St. This place doesn't value the community of people it serves food to. I ordered fried wings and combination rice. I received tiny, hard, and over cooked chicken that still had the feathers on every piece. The rice was hard and dried up with spoiled beef in it. The shrimp looked like they had been sitting out since that morning. I mind you I ordered at 7:30pm. I returned to notify them of the spoiled food after making it all the way home. When I arrived the man that I spoke with said because there was 2 wings missing from the meal. He would charge me for half of the meal, because some chicken wasn't there. Not even an sincere apology was given. He gave a short I'm sorry and proceeded to tell me he would only charge have price. I felt like the main concern was not my health and ensuring me that the problem would be solved in the kitchen, but only getting to keep some of my money. Needless to say I asked for a full refund and notified him that I will be contacting the health department about their lackadaisical kitchen procedures. THIS PLACE NEEDS A HEALTH INSPECTION IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEY HURT SOMEONE SERVING SPOILED FOOD????????????
