Refund & Exchange Policy:

Parts: as long as they are under manufactures warranty and are faulty through manufactures defects. 100% exchange with replacement part of comparable or better quality.


Refund on Installations: Cash or Check purchases: Full refund within 7-14 business days, of any monies used as a down payment, as long as any equipment has not been either bought, picked up, delivered or arrived at job site and NOT INSTALLED. If any equipment has been bought, picked up, delivered or arrived at job site and NOT INSTALLED, there is a 15% restocking fee. All refunds will be sent via U.S. Mail certified and return receipt.


Credit / Debit Cards
: Full refund within 72 hours or as governed by the said credit card company, of any monies paid in full. for any equipment has been either bought, picked up, delivered or arrived to the job site. And NOT INSTALLED. There will be 15% restocking fee. Credit card company policy is that no card may be charged and may only be Authorized until the said equipment is bought, picked up, delivered or arrived to the job site.


Financing: Any refund of monies financed through a financial institution will be governed by that financial institutions policy. All customers using financing have a right of refusal for 72 hours after signing any contract.


Installed equipment: If the installed equipment is (DOA) not operational at start up, due to manufacture defect. The customer may be eligible under manufactures and distributors policy to have the equipment exchanged for like equipment.


Service and Labor Refund:
Customers may be eligible for a service or labor partial refund should it be deemed that the customer inadvertently was overcharged. Customer shall get a full refund should they have been charged and the service and or labor did not take place. Refund on said service and labor are governed under the same terms as above in the installations section.
