Residential Leasing and Management Corp would like the lessee to know the following:

A lease is a binding contract between lessee and the Landlord (who is the property owner), not between lessee and  Residential Leasing & Management Corp. (RLM)

The management contract restricts RLM from spending any monies for repairs unless RLM first has obtained written permission from the Landlord, even if it is an emergency.  If a needed repair has not been completed with 72 business hours (3days) after you have reported the problem, please send a short email to bmusick@residentialleasing.net.

The Landlord (owner of the home) and not the management company (RLM) is the person who is fully responsible, under state law, for the reporting of and return of your deposits.

Should there be a dispute over the disposition or return of deposit funds, we will, after receiving your “written” request, inform you of the landlord’s address for correspondence.
