    Beginning in January 2022, Premier Pools and Spas began exhibiting a pattern of complaints/reviews:

    In April 2022 BBB reached out to the company regarding concerns having to do with a pattern of complaints/reviews and the number of complaints trending up.  The company stated they had experienced supply chain and employee issues; the new jobs were not experiencing those issues.  Since that time, the company has received an additional 8 complaints and 2 Negative reviews.  Unfortunately, the pattern(s) that caused the concern has continued.  The patterns include customer service and contract issues. i.e. the company not meeting deadlines, incomplete items, and poor communication.  Consumers allege poor communication with the company for the duration of the project.  Also, the company currently has Unresolved complaints. The number of complaints continues to trend up.  They have received 16 complaints in 2022.

    On October 7, 2022, we began filling our pool with water. At that time, we filled a punch-list of almost a dozen items. As of the date of the complaint, only 1 of the items was completed. We have placed numerous calls to our contacts at the company and have not gotten resolution. On 11/23, we received notification from Premier "All work orders were submitted. It is a slow time of the year and it may take some time to get them fixed." This is 7 weeks after submitting them. Premier has not met all of their commitments to the contract we signed in April of 2022. They were contractual bound to a 12 week build time. After 4 weeks, we had paid 95% of the contracted price and then all construction ceased. At the 16 week point, we finally got into contact with the director of sales who was able to get the project moving again. I was forced to pay the remaining 5% I owed before they would complete the pool. They rushed to get everything completed and missed numerous items. When I requested a rebate because of the delays to compensate me for my time invested, I was told the delays were caused by rain during the driest summer in Houston history. When I asked how many other customers were delayed like me, there was no response.

    Bought our pool Dec of 2021-started working on it in January, as time went on, the communication was less and less, one being we had to move our septic line which was known at the beginning but the pool people never addressed till the last minute, then oh yeah you will need to update your gas meter. the official finish was end of May but to this day I am still trying to get some finishing touches they are to do and the only person that will respond is the scheduling secretary. I have spoken to the salesman all of 1-2 times throughout the entire process, I have spoken to the general manager whom did nothing, and the project manager who just provided excuses why people didn't show up when expected or why something wasn't done. You would think customer service would be important to this company because I would love to give a great referral but the communication has been ZERO and I will tell everyone I know how bad this company is regarding its treatment of customers. My pool did come out great, that is because of the workers not the so called salesmen/leadership of PPS. Jeff ******* and Steve ***** are a pathetic representation of a pool company. Don't do business with this so called company.
