Agree with two of the comments. How can you possibly put in billing address info when there is no place to put it. That mistake should have been corrected by now. Can’t decide whether to cancel or update subscription.Review from Mary J

No stars!!!! I paid for a year's subscription at a price of $155.48 starting on June 7, 2023. I December, I received a bill for $79 for the delivery of some of their premium add-ons which I never knew about or approved. I canceled my subscription immediately. They said there would be no refund because they deducted the cost of the premiums from my yearly subscription. My friend had the same thing happen to them. What a racket!

The customer placed an online order for the Chicago Tribune on 6/07/23 via NSS for seven days. This order started on 6/08/23, and then the customer called in and canceled the order on 6/14/23. The system shows a refund 6/27/23 of $155 back to the customer's credit card.Review from Becky A

System refused to accept my updated billing information. It said I needed to add my mailing address, street, city, state and zip, but there is no place on their site that I could add that information. Shstem refused to accept my updated billing information because it said I didn't provide my billing address - street #, city, state, zip code. The problem is the update form provided no place to enter this information - only my credit card, phone number, and email address. Lousy customer service.Review from Evelyn J

Signed up & PAID for a three months subscription to the McAllen Monitor three days ago. NO newspaper and The Monitor has NO record of it! Discounted Newspapers has NO phone number listed to call about this, only an email address which I responded to two days ago and have received NO response. This company is a SCAM who took my $37.71 for services NOT DELIVERED!Newspaper Subscription Services, LP Response

Mr. ******. I found your order in our system and the newspaper has not retrieved your order from our portal to process it yet which is why they do not have a record of it. I will contact the newspaper and tell them to retrieve your order. Your card has not been charged as we do not process any credit card transactions. We do allow the newspaper 3-5 business days to get the orders processed and service started. Thank you for your patience.
