    I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Pharr on 11/8/23, it was Finally delivered on 8/15/23 as it had an electrical issue with the door locks that needed repair, after 10 seconds of inspection and then starting the vehicle it was obvious that the auto tilt-telescoping feature of the vehicle no longer worked (this function worked properly during test drive) it actually wouldn't adjust manually either and, the AHC light was flashing yellow so I refused to take possession until the repair was made, it is now Dec 19th! I have been calling ever since regarding the status of the repair and all I get is "we're having trouble finding the proper parts/we ordered the wrong parts and, I need to talk to my manager and I'll call you back" which never happens... I was told they couldn't find the parts which is total ** as I've searched the part numbers online and they are available at hundreds of places, I could have ordered the parts myself and had them delivered within 1-3 business days! Now I'm starting to wonder if there is something else wrong with the vehicle that I'm not being told about or if the technicians have messed something up electrically, this is just a guess but with such poor communication, failure to return numerous calls and no status updates I think anything is possible. The biggest problem now is that I'm leaving town for Christmas on the 20th (which i informed the salesperson of two weeks ago) and may be taking a job out of state so I have no idea when I'll return home, most likely I'll be gone for a couple months+. I paid for this vehicle in Full on 11-8-23, paid for the tax title and state registration on 11-8-23 and paid for full coverage insurance on 11-8-23 but still have no vehicle. I think the only logical recourse at this point is for Toyota of Pharr to refund my money in full.

    Called for service on a 2001 Toyota 4 runner. Was told to bring vehicle in for service. I dropped the vehicle off. Several hours later, Toyota service associate sent me a message the vehicle was too old to service. They never took vehicle into shop. But for 150 dollars they would replace battery. I called Reberto 6 times leaving message to call me. I called Toyota operator asking for a service assistant leaving 4 more messages to return call. I even left messages for service manager to call, no call. Apparently no one in service during the day answers their phone. I even emailed asking for someone to call. No returned email. Why buy a Toyota if they are unwilling to service their own vehicles!
