      This is the dealership is so bad words cannot describe. I have bought 3 cars from them . 2011 jeep wrangler , 2015 1500 and 2021 ram 3500 limited . The service dept is clueless and management doesn't care. Service on my 3500 is the latest . Had 1 battery go out and said the other didn't need it and month later the other went out. To make it even worse was I had a friend borrow my truck when the other went out and it cost him 250 to get a jump being in the middle of know where. When they replaced the other battery it didn't even have the same specs as the other, should I say anything else . That's just one of the many issues with this place the call a dealership . AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. . Kevin **********

      Do not even consider bringing your car here. My car went in on Jan 4 to have the ignition replaced with a OEM part since where I had purchased it from replaced it with an aftermarket one. No real issues no problem starting driving or stopping but wanted the fix done right so I went to a Dodge dealership. It took them over a week to replace the ignition and told me that the PMC and BMC needed to be reprogrammed but are in good condition so I spent over $1300 for an ignition issue, I drive it home that Friday night less than a mile away the next day I take my family with my 37 weeks pregnant wife out to eat to celebrate having our vehicle and it breaks down in the middle of a service road and won’t turn back on. I had to take my very pregnant wife and play leapfrog to get her safely on the side of the road. I then have it dropped back off at the dealership since that wasn’t even an issue before. Well it took them awhile to be able to look at my car again at which point they told me the PCM is junk which wasn’t an issue before and that now my vehicle is going to cost an additional 3800 to fix and told me that the part would be ready on Jan 25 a week later the time goes by then they stop responding to my texts I get put on hold and then hung I finally get through to somebody who tells me that the technician who was working on my vehicle no longer works there and they put the part that they ordered into someone else’s and now I have to wait an additional week for the part Now over a week later they are once again not responding to me. I have no idea who is working on my car and I have to go to the hospital to have my baby and walk home because all this they are two days away from them having my vehicle for over a month over an ignition switch needing to be replaced and is now going to cost me over $5000 all told not even counting the rental cars I’ve had to buy for the last month while they drag their feet and continuously give me false timelines.

      Good morning, Mr. ******** was in for service 1/5/2023 for a intermittent no start concern. During the diagnosis we found that some of the modules installed in the vehicle had been previously replaced with used modules. We also found that he had Non-Factory key fobs. We had to use OEM keys and program the keys along with other reprograming all the modules that showed to have a different Vin# programmed, meaning they belong to a different vehicle. Once that process was completed vehicle was starting up every time. Customer picked up vehicle and returned 1/16/2023. We found that the modules that had a different Vin# on the previous visit were once again loosing communication and we had to at that point replace them with blank OEM modules and relearn the correct Vin#. We later found out that the customer recently acquired the vehicle used and claim they were not aware of all these used and after market parts being used. We also found a fuel leak that was not detected the previous visit. Customer has since picked up the vehicle is have not heard from them.       I towed my vehicle to be repaired through my insurance company. The engine was flooded out in which I told service advisor Marck upon vehicle arrival. My insurance was attempting to pay for repairs lower than dealer advisory. I spoke with Dalton in regards to my concerns. I was told he would get with Marck to see what was done to my vehicle. Dalton mentioned if i leave my vehcle there for repair it will be no fee. I explained to Dalton I'm getting deployed & didnt have a eta to be back. Following day I received a bill for over 500.00. Looking at the bill it's no breakdown on time nor performances conducted just a paragraph. It stated attempt to manually start, jumped vehicle, removed drive belt, & intake manifold to perform compressions per insurance request. First, how can you state you completed an engine diagnosis test when my vehicle couldn't move to enter your facility. There's no way you could properly perform any test because the engine was gone on arrival. The service advisor Marck told me that the insurance company is requesting tests that's no feasible. Yet it's stated on my invoice they did a test per insurance request. I don't believe that due to being told there's nothing that could be done other than replacing my engine. So how did jumping my vehicle take 3 hours? I was charged $175 an hour plus tax. I have been calling non-stop leaving messages & physically going to the facility multiple times to speak with Greg Wiliham the GM. No response. I will be forced to file a small claim. I spoke to service director Lazaro Rivera prior to paying the invoice. He non-chalantly stated he needed to pay his technicians and that's the fee. He didn't care of my concerns, nor answer my valid questions. I informed him that I understood that but he now it did not take 3 hours of labor. I paid the invoice due to the tow truck being in route already. I couldn't believe the lack of integrity. I hate that I've ever spent any money at this business.

      Hello, Mrs. ****** was a service customer RO#******. Customer brought her vehicle in for a stalling problem while driving. We later found out she drove through High water. After extensive Diagnosis, we found that she went through high water. Technician recommended engine replacement after insurance requested Testing was performed. Insurance approved repairs what they opted to only approve a used motor. After we advised the customer that we would not be warranting the Used Engine and After attempting to lower our prices to get closer to Insurance approved amount, customer decided to Tow vehicle out of dealer. We advised her that she would be responsible for the Diagnosis the insurance had us performed. - Lazaro ****** Fixed Ops Director

      Responding to your rebuttal/comment; I contacted you'll once my vehicle arrived at your location and stated that my vehicle was towed there due to being flooded by driving through high water. Therefore, you'll already knew what was going on prior. To say that the so called diagnosis test was how you found out is a lie! All my calls are recorded. I will up load them if there was an option. There is no way shape or form to cover up the dirt you'll pulled. Yes I stated I don't want to replace my motor with a refurbished motor through my insurance. My decision has nothing to do with you'll decision to over charge me to remove my vehicle off your promise. The actions of you'll proves my point to why I nolonger wanted my vehicle in you'll presence. Your company has NO integrity! You all over charged me since I didn't allow you to fix my vehicle. The day before I removed my car I came there and spoke to Dalton and he reiterated that my insurance company left a check to fix my vehicle and he want to do just that. I informed him that I was getting deployed and had no interest in leaving my car there there. I did not know how long i would be gone and it just didnt sit well with me to leave my car there. SO GLAD I WENT WITH MY GUT! Dalton confirmed no storage fee would be implemented for the time my vehicle was there. Dalton demeanor instantly shifted and he stated; he will have marck contact me with what they did and get back with me. I would like to post my invoice receipt. Its a small paragraph not indicating time lengths for each procedure performed. So generically written it reads falsified. Again, THERE IS KNOW WAY SHAPE OR FORM MY VEHICLE HAD A PROPER DIAGNOSTIC TEST PERFORMED! It's was in the three digits no one was in that heat that long. Upload your video of proof. There's cameras if you have nothing to hide do just that. 3 hours of labor is excessive and a lie it do not take that long to do the three functions you've claimed. I have went to four different auto shops and another dodge dealer and they all stated otherwise. I have printouts as well as written statements from licensed mechanics. Just because I'm a female I will not be taken advantage of. You lost a loyal customer but I'm sure you don't care!

      Horrible experience they advertised a vehicle at 41,995 and they are trying to sell it to me for 43,995 plus charging me an add one of 1500. When I realized it and let them know they said I dont have to buy it. Buyers be aware I spoke with the GSM

      Texan Dodge sold a car to me which they had previously fraudulently sold to a thief who had stolen someone's identity to make the purchase. The thief then performed major modifications on the car. Texan Dodge did not disclose this information to me prior to my purchase of the vehicle and I only caught them in their deception because I found the receipts for the alterations inside the car, as well as the Texas Buyer's Tag Receipt with someone else's name on it, not mine. Texan Dodge took advantage of me as a female buyer; they sold a used, modified, altered, and stolen car to me as "brand new," and they refused to accept responsibility for their manipulative and dishonest tactics in selling this vehicle to me. In the sale of my Challenger, Texan Dodge omitted and misrepresented material facts regarding my vehicle; I suffered a financial loss as a result; and I would not have purchased the vehicle if I was aware of the material facts at issue. I have contacted the FTC, Texas DPS, Dodge Corporation, and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. If you are at Texan Dodge in the market for a 2021 Dodge Challenger WB 392 SRT ScatPack (granite in color) with about ~2500 miles on it, be sure to crawl under it to see if it has a muffler delete and ask for an inspection report which was completed AFTER these mods were performed on 1/18/22. Also check exhaust, suspension, and the legality of the window tint, which was not done by the dealership. Lee lied to me about every aspect of this transaction, which I canceled and still have not received the written confirmation of cancelation which I requested.

      bought a Ford truck and only had it for 3 weeks, not even a month nor made the first payment yet, and had a check engine light on. Salesman told me it was still under factory warranty, but was told otherwise by Ford themselves. Took it a ford service just to be charged $900 worth of repairs being an issue with the internals, and to be sitting in service for 2 days. Again, barely 3 weeks with the truck. Kept calling the salesman and director. Both never answered any calls and basically ignored it. Find it quite disappointing since all of this happened all before my first payment.

      The service department at the dealership is horrible. I have truly never had worse customer service in my life. From start to finish no one is on the same page. When I set up my appointment on Monday for service the girl told me one thing, then when my car arrived at the shop Angela ****** told me something different. I was very concerned about the discreprancy and asked to speak with a manager. Angela was aggressive and very rude but finally relayed the message. Troy, the manager, was nice but definitely not helpful. He is unaware of what goes on in the garage and seems to back whatever Angela says and does regardless of how rude it is. My truck was showing signs of a recall issue that they refused to check. Eventually they decided it was a battery and alternator issue in a 3 year old car. When I asked any questions Angela grew more agitated and rude. I allowed them to replace the alternator because I was told I had to or I could pick up the car. I **** **** ******* ***** **** * *** ** **** **** **** *** *** ********** **** *** ***** *** *** ***** **** ****** *** *** ****** ** *** ******** *********** **** *** ***** *** *** ****** ** ** ******** **** *******. All and all HORRIBLE customer service. Disrespectful, condescending, conniving group in the service department. Beware! I wish I would have none this dealership only had one star before I went.

      I requested required service for the miles I had on my vehicle at the time, back in Feb 2021 and I also mentioned some issues I noticed with my vehicle including an obvious rattling sound under the vehicle which is also noted on my receipt. I left my vehicle at this location for service for about 3-5 days and when I picked it up, Edgar stated he could not find the noise. I paid $2738 for supposed service, testing... Today is 4/26/21 and that same rattling sound is much louder and worse. If I paid for recommended maintenance for the miles I currently had at the time of service, my vehicles health should be up to date or better than prior to maintenance. It is not! It has declined due to this particular issue.
