On March 14th I went to Gullo Mazda on Hwy 45 in Conroe I talked to a salesman Clyde ****** about trading in my Kia Sorento . I found a vehicle I liked Mazda CX 30 and proceeded with the transaction . I brought along with me my divorce decree stating the vehicle was awarded to me in the divorce. So after a week we discovered the title was Janet and Robert *****. Clyde contacted me and told me to call my divorce attorney and see if they could do an amendment on my divorce decree with the vin number . I was told by my divorce attorney that the paperwork would have to be redone and go to the judge and we would both need to sign. This was impossible because my ex husband was injured and has a severe brain injury. So after going back and forth I told Clyde I was going to return the Maxda CX 30 to them and get my vehicle back. As I was driving to Mazda I received a call from Clyde that my vehicle was not there that they had sent it to auction and was sold. I asked how could you sell it without the title he then told me that they were working on getting it back and was still trying to see if we could make the deal go through. So then it was time for me to make a payment to Mazda Financial in which I did so it would not go against my credit $ 377. 77 I also had the Mazda insured . So after 2 months on May 6th I get a phone call from Sean the sales manager saying that they have my Kia back and I needed to return there vehicle that evening or they were going to call the police and report it stolen I told them to go ahead and do that. So on May 9th I returned the Mazda and inspected my vehicle with Clyde and discovered my spare tire and jack were gone . Clyde informed me they would take care of that and that I would get my money back for the payment seeing as the deal did not go through. I also told him that I needed something stating that I was no longer responsible for the Mazda and he said it would all be taken care of. Nothing was done to correct the issues.
