    BBB unable to locate business
    The business has failed to provide me with promised documentation regarding a vehicle purchased. Nobody has sent me the vehicles history report. They filled out financial documents without my knowledge or consent regarding gap insurance on the vehicle and submitted to the bank. I never received a copy of this when requested. I now have no gap coverage and they will not fix the issue or return my calls. They lied and said it was the bank who won’t let them add it. Bank confirms it is their coverage they just provide funds. ********** won’t resubmit the load with added coverage. I paid for delivery of my car from Houston to Arizona and was given a promise date of 8/21. Car shipped 8/19 and I didn’t receive until 8/24. Nobody knew where my car was until it just randomly showed up late 8/24. ********** said not their problem. I paid to have it delivered and they gave no follow up, tracking, or contact information surrounding this delivery. I feel I should have my delivery fee waived since I had to have a rental car longer than anticipated with no concrete delivery date. None of my issues have been resolved or even acknowledged. They won’t return my calls or emails.

    I purchased two vehicles from here back in October 2022. The initial interaction with the salesperson was pleasant. However, after just a few days, I started noticing issues with the cars. When I tried to reach out to the dealership, they just gave me the runaround every single time. I would call and ask for someone to contact me so I could resolve my issues, but nobody would ever call me back. Then I would get transferred to a line to speak to someone about the issues, and I would never get an answer, even after leaving a message. I even went to the dealership on two separate occasions, and I was told by the salesman and the sales manager that they did not have anyone available to help me. I was even told that they wouldn't do anything for me anyway because I purchased the cars "as is." The night I purchased the cars, I was told I would have all the paperwork emailed to me, and to this day, I have not received it. I feel like I'm stuck with two defective cars that I am paying for, and they just wiped their hands clean of any responsibility. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. It's incredibly frustrating. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The fact that it has been over 6 months and I have not been helped a single time is completely unacceptable and I am incredibly disappointed with this experience.
