They’re not professional. They sold me a model mattress. I told him that I need a mattress for my lower back and spine trauma. 6 months later it sags in so bad I have to lay on the hump to get out the big sag hole from my body. I only weigh 120 pounds. It’s making my trauma condition, even worse. No warranty and I had to pay it to be delivered.Review from John L

Purchased a Oslo Euro mattress in 12/2020. I am heavy side sleeper and the mattress provided discomfort immediately in the hip and thigh area. Kept waiting for the mattress to “break in”. I informed customer service of this and provided pictures of the mattress that indicated a 1 inch depression in the hip/thigh area. A foam layer was provided with the understanding this was not going to be permanent fix and if this resolved the issue, the mattress would be reworked. The foam layer did not solve the discomfort and Mattress Makers was contacted again. Mattress Makers offered to rework the mattress at a large cost > $400. I told them this was unacceptable and they offered to inspect the mattress. I gave up after two years of uncomfortable sleep and purchased a major brand name mattress that has addressed the issues. I cannot recommend Mattress Makers from sleep science, product quality, warranty and customer service standpoints.Review from Charles E

This is a terrible company!!! We bought their Amsterdam Queen Mattress Feb. 14, 2022. Less than 5 days later the Mattress begin to sink badly in the middle. I am the only person sleeping on the mattress and I weigh 157 lbs. We went back to store to ask for a refund and they charged 18% "restocking" fee plus $80 to come and pick up this mattress, which they did on Feb. 25. Since then I have tried to contact someone in authority to let them know how unhappy we were and that they would not refund our full purchase price. This was their problem and no fault of ours. They WILL NOT return our calls and I am sure they could care less. All I can say is stay away from this company at all costs!!!!...Charles R. ****** ********* TXReview from Cynthia A

I purchased a mattress from Mattress Makers and they delivered it on January 6, 2022. The mattress felt good and that night I slept and woke the next morning at 1:40 a.m. being bitten everywhere. I called them to tell them and the person I spoke to of which I told about my problem told me they exterminate each week and the bed bugs did not come from them. I sleeping on the mattress the next night am being bitten again. Miserable and received their bill for the 1st payment. The bed feels good. But not when I have to get rid of bed bugs. I am so disgusted. I don’t really have the money for this problem to get rid of it.
