              I ordered a product, paid for it and never received it. I contacted them by email and have gotten absolutely no response. Why are they allowed to continue to be in business??

              Ordered and received cable to connect new iPhone 15 to desktop Mac. Cable didn't work. Emailed twice for address to return cable, phoned and responded to voicemail requesting name, phone, email address and invoice number. Got no response. They are scammers.

              They are a BAD business - not an honorable business They do not return 6 emails and voice messages. AVOID doing ANY business with this horrible business.

              DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased an 18 watt iPad charger from this company and tried to return the product cause it was overheating and malfunctioning. I reached out to the company through their phone number first where I left a message. They didn’t respond so I contacted both of their emails on the website and I never received a response.

              I ordered 2 USB-C to USB-A cables for my iPad Air. Price was good, delivery was good. However, they don't work. Bought a cable from Apple and it works fine. Have sent 3 requests to return for credit but get no response. Highly recommend that you don't buy from this company.

              I ordered a wireless charger for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus. On May 2022. It took a little while to come and it Never charged my phone. I contacted Hedocell x2-3 times to return it but they Never responded. I guess I will have to report this as fraud as well!!!
