RUN!!!! I wish I could give negative stars to this company. I had a brand new air conditioner and furnace installed by this company in November of 2021. It is a home we do not live in full time. They did not replace the air conditioner drip pan. It was rusted completely through. There was also a piece of duct that was not connected for about 18 inches. The duct work was old and not replaced. They left a half of a trash bag of trash in my attic. Very unprofessional. When I contacted them they said they had a bad crew in November of 2021 that was not doing their job and they fired them, yet they did not reach out to any of the jobs to ensure they were done to code. I had gotten a quote from them for something else and they dropped the ball on that too and over quoted the price, then again came back and blamed bad workers. The owner has never reached out to us, but instead had his secretary handle a claim for a job poorly done. I had to pay someone $400 to fix the job that should have been done by them. Do not waste your money with this company. they do a poor job and them blame employees they have "fired". As in the other review, the owner admits fault but is unwilling to fix the problem. So first off I would like to apologize to everyone for not being open yet. The honest truth why we're not open yet is because a prestige heating and air conditioning LLC has pretty much screwed us. We should've been open since last year. This one particular contractor was the hold up. He lied and lied and lied over and over again and i really thought ?? he was a friend a person that i network with, but this is a hard lesson and a valuable lesson. He has not only cost us money and lots of it but time that I can't make up. I had to hire someone else to finish his job and they finished in 2 days instead of 10 months. So with that being Said we ask that you continue to be patient just a little bit more. You're probably wondering who it is. This company is supposed to be very reputable but i guess not. I hope that no one has to go through what we went through. Lets call the bad contractor, contractor A (prestige heating and air conditioning) and the contractor that did it right contractor B. He had the plans but never followed what was drawn up instead he had duct fabricated that did not flush. I called the manufacturer and they told me it would take 3 weeks for the duct to ship to me. I got played and he is no longer responding to my text . Contractor A Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning . Owner admit fault but, not willing to do anything to correct it

This report was not made with honesty. I have verifiable proof of this from the City of Conroe as well as others involved in this project. The owner tried to be his own general Contractor and did not understand much of the project due to lack of experience, which lead to frustrations and anger. We tried to resolve these issues but were met with hostility and doubt each and every time we connected. We made special arrangements so that the client could open up his business with a temporary approval from the City of Conroe, and he did not open because of other items not completed with the build, but decided to blame us for his other issues. He could have opened many months ago and we have concrete proof of that. This claim is false. We have a great track record with the community for the 14 years that we have been open. We have completed many projects like this over the years without any issues, but these projects were also lead by qualified general contractors with experience in building commercial spaces. We did our very best to work with this client, but unfortunately it did not end well for either of us.
