            Excellent friendly service! One of the garage door springs broke yesterday and Spectrum Overhead Door replaced both springs with new springs today! (You always replace both springs when one breaks because the other spring is not far behind in breaking due to metal fatigue over the years.) The old springs were 10+ years old. Over the years, I had been using WD-40 to prolong the life of the garage springs and track rollers. Spectrum staff recommended I use a 'garage door lubricant spray' on my springs and track rollers instead of WD-40 because WD-40 is not a lubricant. I paid with my credit card and Spectrum emailed me my receipt. I found Spectrum Overhead Door for garage door repairs through the BBB because of its high rating with the BBB. I highly recommend Spectrum Overhead Door services! David 11-22-2023
