            Stay away from this company……….. unless you like wasting your money. This company came out mid October 2021 to repair our Samsung Refrigerator due to ice buildup that was happening about every 3 months, supposedly this and that needed to be replaced and $700 later it was apparently fixed but what do you know here it is mid March 2022 and it’s happening all over again. Call them up to see if they can come take a look and was told we only warranty our work for 90 days. If the work a company does can’t last longer than 5 months, they probably should not do the repair!

            I'm sorry your having issues with your unit again. However, it is not the quality of our work that is the problem as much as it the quality of the product. Samsung is aware that they have ice maker issues. You can google your model and see all the reviews. I would recommend you to call back to Samsung and see if they can help out with any future repairs to the ice maker.
