Product does not work as advertised. Order in November and still don’t have a working camera. 5 times drag down camera mounted 30 feet on a post. This is suppose to be a solar charge camera that can last several weeks on a charge. In fact is last less than a day, on full charge. They provided free cloud coverage on this camera, but if the camera is down the free cloud coverage does nothing for me. I have worked on this over the course of 7 weeks, did a manual firmware update. Which makes no sense at all, this product was released before proper testing, and they are using customers to sort it out. Want what was promise, a wireless camera, that recharged by a solar panel. I have more time and effort than the $50 cost of this camera. I expect Foscam to step up, admit to the customer problems and deliver a working solution. Camera on last recharge, was hot to the touch, parts actually melted. Clearly Foscam has issues, but allowing the customer going it alone is ridicules, i have asked for contact of CEO or someone can address this issue, That has been declined. Forced to use BBB for resolution.
