    I purchases a vehicle from this company Feb 2021 along with a service agreement. The service agreement was sold under pretense it would cover everything however I have not found the to be true. It is cancellable any time as clearly laid out in the contract, however, I need the request for refund application from the business who sold it to me which was Honda at Lake Jackson. I emailed the person who sold it to me, Bren Chupp, and he responded trying to see if he could do anything to help. I told him I just want to cancel and now he will not return my emails. I have sent four in total trying to get the form and he only replied the one time and no longer responds. This refund is pro rated so the longer he fails to provide me with the form I need to get the refund, the more is costs me. I simply want the from to get the refund for the useless maintenance agreement they sold me.

    Very disappointing customer service; I bought brand new car from lackjackson. When you buy the car they provide good customer service but when you need after buying service they are not good. My car's rear door was not closing all the way in. It was minor adjustment. I traveled 60 miles all the way to Lackjackson dealership in expectation my car would be in good hands and will be taken good care of becasue i had purchased from them but when i brought my car to them three people checked my car's door inside and outside and advisor gave me the loaner until my car is fixed. After 1 week when i came to pick up my car i saw the car was fixed unprofessionaly as if it was old car and there were scracthes all the way at bottom. instead of fixing the car they messed up my car's door and put scratches at bottom of the vehicleI i was very upset to see my car the door was fixed unprofessionally. Instead of taking responsibilty they tried to put on me as if i brought the car in that condition as earlier mentioning that three people had checked my car back and forth and side by side no nody noticed at that time if i brought my car in that condition although it is brand new car. finally they fixed my car Thank God. But after 3 weeks they called saying i have to pay the Toll expenses for loaner but after receiving the loaner i called the advisor that ** *** is included he said yes. If it was included then why would i pay the ** *** expenses, the advisor said it is mentined in agreement I said when i asked you over the phone if it was included you said yes. Why it was not mentioned while handing over the loaner. They should have mentioned this at the time of handing over the loaner that what is included or what is not !! They need to be tranparent in after buying services as customer should know about these all. I tried to call the office many times and left voice messages as i can speak to director or manager and left voice messages but did not hear back from them.
