This is for the service department. I set up an appointment and came at that time. They then told me it would be 5-7 days before they even looked at it. I asked what was the purpose of the appointment then? They couldn't come up with a satisfactory answer. I asked what was it going to be doing for the seven days, just sitting in the lot? The attendant said yes, it would sit in the lot until they cleared everything else and could look at it. As my truck was running fine and it was a superficial issue, I asked why couldn't they put me in the que and then call me when they could look at it at 48 hours? He said it didn't work that way. Yeah, dip, it doesn't work that way because of poor management. It's ludicrous to expect someone to wait seven days before even getting a diagnostic done. If you make a doctor's appointment, they don't tell you to wait in the office for a week. Don't have appointments if they mean nothing. I wasted my time to bring it at the appointed time for them to tell me to wait seven days just leaving my vehicle sitting. Ridiculous.Review from donovan c

I’m leaving a review and a statement I have a 2019 ram 1500. I took it to Autonation on Mason Road. Used to get my vehicle serviced there. I kept telling them about the leak I kept going back over and over to the Dealership. they kept telling me it was my back window. I replaced the whole back window still wasn’t it my third brake light on my truck water leak was coming from there, I kept trying to show them that they did not pay attention to it. Kept saying it was the glass it is the third brake light I have a brand new third brake light OEM no more leaks and I have video and proof to show.Review from Sandra S

Zero Stars on Customer Service. We went in to see what the value of our truck would be as trade in as well as to sell outright. Low ball offer, and to make matters worse...the manager Diego spoke to us like we had no idea on the process, and was very condecending in his tone and manner towards us. I was offered a copy by the salesperson over what we had spoken about, only to have it withheld by the manager, and had to repeatedly ask him to return my copy back to me. Very unprofessional...then the sales person didn't even finish our meeting when he had moved on to the next person walking in the door without returning our truck keys or informing us where they had moved our truck to during the appraisal part of the transaction.Review from Amy O

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the vehicle a GX 460 had a broken Camber part. We noticed it had alignment issues even before we took ownership, but they serviced the car and assured us it was not a huge issue. The dealership kept trying to fix it in their service department without coming clean about what the issue was. We finally took it to the Lexus dealership and there they confirmed the car needed to go to the body shop for a new part to be welded in and that cost for going to be $6K. $6K for a car that cost $70K? Autonation as you would expect refused to cover the cost but also gave us hell to return the vehicle even though all this was happening within 30 days of purchase. After I technically took a seat in the office for 2 straight days and contacted a lawyer. They took the car back (Sept 16, 2022) but now it's been 3 weeks and they have not refunded the bank their money or given me my down payment. After 3 weeks I called the bank only to find out they have contacted them several times with no response. We had a terrible experience here and are still having a bad experience. I hope I never have to come back to this dealership again. Take whatever car you buy here to another dealership to check it out within your 5 days. Once the deal is done these guys are done!Review from DAVID W

I took my 2018 Grand Cherokee Summit vehicle to the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Katy dealership in May 2021 for a routine service and small warranty job. The warranty work was for the molding around the front fender wells where it meets the front bumper. The plastic molding was becoming detached and was lifting off. When the service representative came out, he asked what the issue was, and I explained it to him. He in turn, asked another service rep (who happened to be at the car adjacent to us) if he had seen the fender well molding detach like this. The second rep said “yes, this happens all the time with these Jeeps. It’s just held on with double sided tape”. I left my Jeep with them and proceeded to the waiting area. When they were finished with the routine service, they called me back and told me that they would not cover the molding under warranty. I asked for an explanation and they told me that the Jeep had been in a collision. I queried what made them think that it has been in a collision and I received no answer from them. We had purchased the Jeep new from AutoNation in June 2018 and, as of the service date in May 2021, it only had 18,000 miles on it. It has never been in an accident and I was insulted that they accused us of wrecking the Jeep. I felt like this was a cop out to avoid covering the flaw under warranty. I asked about the other service representative’s comment “yes, this happens all the time with these Jeeps. It’s just held on with double sided tape” and again got no answer, even from the man that made the comment. I was told again that they would not cover the warranty work and that their decision was final. So, I went home and read the warranty. According to the warranty, the failure of this front fender molding coming detached is covered. The warranty also says that if you have a dispute to take it up with the Dealership General Manager, then if you still have a dispute, contact Jeep directly. So, for over a period of a week, I called the dealership every day trying to make contact the General Manager. I was always told that he was either in a meeting or out of the office. I left messages each time for him to call me, which he never did. So, at this point, I contacted JEEP. They, in turn, tried to contact the dealership to resolve my warranty issue, and received the same results that I had received (nobody to take their call). After JEEP’s failure to make contact with AutoNation, JEEP advised me to take my Grand Cherokee to another unrelated dealership for repair, which I did, and the flaw has now been repaired under warranty. I have been extremely disappointed with the integrity and service I received from AutoNation, especially considering the investment I made with them for the purchase of my Jeep. They have lost me as a customer. Never again will I deal with AutoNation, never again.
