      They do not deserve even 1 star. We were already skeptical based on numerous current and older bad reviews but American Home Shield set us up with this company to fix an AC leak. It was leaking in the wall of a guest bedroom and into another bathroom. We were told that he would be there between 4-6pm on 7/21. Robert their tech did not show up until 8:30pm. We let him know that the drain pipe was no longer dripping but the leak was getting worse. We asked him to check the drain pipe for leaks. After he was up there only 15 minutes he told us that it was not the drain pipe but condensation from needed duct work repair. He said that he would file his report in the morning recommending that the duct work be replaced due to it being old and not in good condition. After numerous calls and multiple excuses and lies, the report was filed almost 3 weeks later. He filed a false report stating that the duct work was damaged due to pets/pests. This is a lie. Our pets do not go in the attic nor do we have or have had pests in the attic. AHS denied the claim to fix the duct work because of reason that Robert gave on his report. We called Sevier and AHS to dispute the false report but neither one would budge and we were left with a quote for $3700 that we would have to pay 100% out of our pocket. We paid $100 service call that was worthless. We found another AC company through Nextdoor that came out on 8/4. He was in our attic and the rooms where it was leaking about 20 minutes. He found that we were right and it was a drain pipe leak. The drain pipe was not connected. He fixed it the same day for $223. If we had believed the Sevier tech and paid the $3700 we would still have the leak. Due to the delays from their tech Robert, we now have to replace wall and ceiling due to mold and flooring due to the leak overrunning during the day while everyone is at work. Please save yourself and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent!

      If there was an option for zero stars, I would use that. This was a warranty call through American Home Shield. I have filed complaints with them, hoping to have them removed as a vendor. According to many other reviews, what I experienced is par for the course. Lie #1 - The tech told me that my unit required a 2-stage motor, which was not in stock and I would have to wait over the weekend. They show up Monday with said motor, which does not fit in my unit. Now they have to special order a motor, supposed to be 2 weeks for delivery, but they're doing me a favor and have requested second day. Three days later, it shows up and I'm scheduled for another Friday service appointment. They show up and immediately ask me if I've seen a bolt. Really? You mean you lost a bolt when you took my unit apart and left it that way, along with your trash, wires and your wrench?! They then go to a hardware store to replace the bolt they lost, then put the fan motor in. Sorry, but apparently there's another big problem - a 'major' restriction in the evaporator coil. A whole bunch of stuff will have to be replaced that is not covered by my warranty, of course. Part of this is the R-22 freon. I even questioned him on this, knowing that it is supposed to be reclaimed and reused in my unit. Best case scenario - $2095 out of my pocket. Worst case - whole new unit at $5,468. As soon as they walked out, I called AHS to request a pay out so I can use my preferred vendor - not this crook. I call up a friend, he showed up with gauges and wine. He sees that the tech has the electrical disconnect off. He puts his gauges on the unit and everything is reading normally. He turns everything back on, we drink the wine and keep checking gauges and temperature inside the house. This was 13 days ago and my AC is working like a champ, without two grand in unnecessary repairs. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE CROOKS.

      I was assigned to this company by my home warranty company because my main A/C is not blowing air. The techs came to the house and said they cannot fix the unit because they are not able to access the unit because ac small door is against the wall. According to them the unit was installed back-worth. I hired another company that said that was a totally lie and that the access to the unit is from the top lid not the side small door this tech was trying to open. I paid $100 just to have someone removed the lid because this company does not have trained tech. Insurance sent another company who fixed the issue with no problem. If the ins company assign this company to you call them and have them change the company.
