The Technician Marquis has been very helpful and has explained everything that was wrong with my system. He explained what was about to go wrong with my fan motor and did not pressure me on replacing the fan motor, but did stress to me the motor was on its last legs, He was correct and the fan motor died less than a week later. I have been impressed with his knowledge of Air-conditions system in my house and how nice he has been the whole time he has been working with my A/C unit. I would recommend his services to any one in need of A/C service.Review from Valarie B
