GREAT PLACE TO STAY!Our family recently stayed at a ********************* unit managed by Kauai Calls. The unit was not only beautifully decorated, it was sparkling clean--just as we were told it would be. Our children had much fun playing on the pristine, ocean front lawn, beach and resort pool! They made friends there easily and the experience continues to be a fond memory. That said, we look forward to future trips to the beautiful island of Kauai and will always book through this company! We will continue to refer others as well.Review from Cathy D

It was everything that we expected! Kauai Calls got back with us on a few questions that we had about the rental. They were very friendly and professional. We received all our check in information, and the condo was well equipped for cooking meals.Review from Madolyn D.

They are a management company and misrepresented the property. The unit was described as newly decorated and it was dirty and run down. We left and lost $700. They do not have a cancellation policy. The drain in the shower didnt work, the shower curtain was old and falling down, the carpet was worn and dirty, the lanai was on a busy street away from the Highway but a very busy street. The kitchen had what looked like a ***** bomb on the floor. ******* texted me back but didnt help. She put the unit up for rent on her site but never contacted the manager of the resort to let him know. We were in a privately owned unit and it was a big disappointment. Dont use Kauai Calls set your heart free as a management company

My thanks to the Better Business Bureau for the opportunity to share our perspective. The information in this complaint is not accurate.Out of the last 12 reviews, 8 guests rated this condo 5 Stars and 4 guests rated 4 stars with the most previous guests staying for a month with no issues.When these guests contacted us about a few minor issues, we were not allowed to enter to take care of them: for example, add back 2 shower curtain hooks, add drano to a shower drain. The main issue was pest spray every 3 months, which in ****** is standard for all vacation rentals. Anyone coming to ****** or any tropical climate should educate themselves before hand.The living room furniture as been upgraded to an authentic rattan style, rattan is very expensive and very rarely seen any more on Kauai.******************* is a separate management company, the resort manager we contacted to let know the condo was available from Feb 5 is a woman. ******************* resort management has no obligation to book units other than the ones in their rental pool. I was told I would be contacted if they had overflow. Our cancellation policy is 60 days before check in is non-refundable which is standard for vacation rentals throughout Kauai and ******. All guests must agree to this policy to in order to book units in our rental pool.
