      I am a ******* fire survivor who lost everything that I owned, including my vehicle on August 8th, 2023. I called Choice Automotive shortly after and met a wonderful salesperson named **. He was kind and compassionate to my situation and helped me get a fabulous vehicle at a great price!!! Thank you **, the world needs more people like you!!Many mahalos!!!***** ***** ??

      I bought a vehicle from them signed paperwork 3x! Got the vehicle 4 days later it overheated well guess what they said engine needed to be changed and it would be awhile for my vehicle to be fixed now their saying the bank wont work with me and I need to bring the loaner in!!!! Then the guy flirts with me and sends me nudes wtf is that I dont know what to do as Im in need of a vehicle asap

      They sold an overpriced vehicle ****** Tacoma that has had its tires changed so they can upsell another vehicle. When I went to talk to them I was told I had bought the vehicle as it is. They will scam you in any vehicle you buy. After talking to other people who had the same sentiment and experience with them. Sometimes you are better off going straight to a dealer than a place like this. Then the manager had the gull to send me a given card for a good review. I did not reply to the text. I could have said how I felt, but I didn't want to waste my time. I went to Servco and they helped me fix the problem. My truck now runs better than when I bought it. The tires they sold me for the vehicle were cracking and if I didn't change them I could had a blowout which could have put me in danger or danger to others. People try to make a buck without realizing it could harm others not just the driver.

      Service has been terrible as a young girl looking for a reliable vehicle and only went to them because my family stated they wore great !!! THATS A LIE went to take the vehicle to wash since they gave it all dirty car guy wont wash it cause there is cracks on the wind shield called this company and told them about it. Its been a month now havent even made my first payment yet and cant even get it fix , no loaners and want me to wait 3 hours which I have to work appointments so fourth . Its sad they would take advantage of me and honestly its been terrible . I wont recommend them to any one no one !!! I request they get their program together and provide customer service and not sucker people for their monies by selling something that has issues .

      I bought a vehicle from them and they automatically assumed I was military, so they apparently charged me the registration exemption for military even tho i told them I was newly divorced. When they found out I wasn't eligible for the exemption, they tried to charge me 2 MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE for $500 since they had to pay it and refused to give me the title unless I did. I threatened legal with them since I had already signed the legal forms stating how much I owed and they sent the title over. When I went to register my vehicle with the **** turns out they put my plates in STORAGE so I have to get completely new plates and safety and registration pay for the registration from before I even bought the car. not to mention i have been driving around in a COMPLETELY ILLEGAL CAR and now have to pay THOUSANDS of dollars because the sleazy people.adding onto it... found out there were horn issues and the door handles were completely broken on the back doors on the outside. they also failed to clean the vehicle out before giving it to me. Had to pay to get it professionally cleaned to get the grimy sticky stuff off the inside of the car on buttons and stuff. no idea whats wrong with the horn yet but they failed to tell me of the issue before i bought it and now throwing another couple hundred to diagnose that issue. Those were just the issues I have found.

      I got a ********************************************************** for $11,000 and at the time of purchase they gave me the 90-day warranty at the the time ******* was my sales guy who was really professional and friendly and nice from the beginning. Less than a month down the road my vehicle starting losing a lot of oil while driving So I called choice automotive and see if the 90-day warranty written contract was still available and if I could take ad***tage of the written contract that was a 90 day warranty that I signed and if I could get help with getting my vehicle fixed they said to bring the *** down and they'll take care of me. That never happened they made a big scene with me and brushed me off and sent me home with my *** I have six kids that rides in my vehicle and it's our only vehicle they're very unprofessional and they are not there to help just for the money not for the customers how sad.

      This company seems to have a reputation for lying to it's customers. i purchased a 2003 vehicle from them. on the test drive, i said it didn't feel like the transmission was operating properly. they assured me that it shifts hard because it is a sports car. i still wasn't convinced but when they told me that if anything goes wrong with the main drive train during the first 3 months or 3000 miles, they will fix it or take it back. I took the car to auto dealership or pm and get a new key and fob. They informed me the transmission was bad and has to be replaced entirely. Choice automotive refused to do anything but sent me to another automotive shop who said they could repair the tranny. It cost me about $1000 which I had to pay for and Choice did nothing to help me out. After barely driving the vehicle another 2000 miles, the tranny went out completely. I pulled it out with the help of a friend and had it completely rebuilt for $1800. Also, they took 6 - 8 weeks in getting me the paperwork and this was way before COVID. In the 2.5 years i have owned this vehicle, it has been inoperable for about 16 months and have put maybe 4000 miles on this. Trusting used car sales people is always a challenge but this company really gives used car lots a bad name. i have told everyone i know (about 2000 followers in Hawaii) about my experience with this company, being completely honest and fair about their actions.

      I purchased my car back in December 2020 and I was told that my registration and tags will be available for pick up 4 to 8 weeks from the purchase date. Between February to May 2021, I made 8 calls trying to find out the status of my registration and tags. I recieved the same excuses that their trying their best to get the title from mainland and with the covid, everything was going very slow. Atleast 3 to 5 times of those calls I was promised a call back but ZERO calls recieved from them. I just called again today and I was told that they will need atleast a day to figure out what's going on. At that time I voiced out my frustration for their lack of attention that it's been 7 months since I bought the car and I still dont have my title, registration and tags. Surprisingly, I got a call back not even 30 minutes after my conversation with the representative. I was promised that my case is on top of the list now. It's nice to finally get a new target date to get everything taken care off but it's frustarting that I have to basically yell at someone to get the stuff moving. This should have been taken care off automatically especially that I paid for what they asked for.

      I paid in full for my car from this dealership. I haven’t had the car for a full year before I had problems. After 8 months my car completely gave out on me. When I took it back to their service department they told me I needed work done that would fix my car. Which I did! A week later my engine light comes back on after paying for work to be done. And they tell me If I bring it back in I have to pay a $95 for them to see again a week later what’s wrong with it!!
