              I have a Photovoltaic system that was installed by Surface Shield Roofing Co. It has a 10 year warranty that covers all materials, facilities, workmanship, and equipment will be free of defects, and of specified quality, and will function properly. I’ve contacted Surface Shield in April 2021 to inform them that I have two (2) each panels that are not functioning properly. Their response was that there are no replacement panels available and they need to research for a comparable replacement panel. I contacted Surface Shield approximately 6 weeks later for status and was told there were no comparable replacement panels available on island. I immediately contacted a local PV company and have been given an estimate quote for replacing my faulty panels. I have attempted to contact Amanda G******, CEO, of Surface Shield to get this issue rectified but have not gotten a response.
