    On 1/27/2023 and 2/27/2023 this company billed me $492.16 for HOA fees, even though they informed me that a new bank, CIT, would be collecting the fee. CIT did collect payment, but this company continued to collect the same payment, double billing me for those two months. My bank stopped payment on the March double billing by them, but they will not return my calls regarding a refund of the $984.32 they owe me for ******* and February payments. They continue to stonewall me after 5 phone calls and 4 voicemails with the person they say is in charge of accounts receivable. Today I asked to speak to the supervisor of the person responsible, and they replied she doesnt have a supervisor. Then I asked for the Office Manager, and conveniently the Office Manager was also unavailable.

    Aloha Property Management provides low quality service. Your management company doesn't communicate well. This management company cannot complete any projects. Your HOA management company charges you surprise fees or hidden costs to cover up their own mistakes. Your HOA management team is inconsistent about enforcing your community's rules. You get a lot of complaints from your residents who are tired of mismanagement.

We pride ourselves on our high level of service, and have many references to prove this.Your AOAO charges you monthly fees to pay for the operating expense of the common areas, you do not pay fees to our company, so the allegation of "hidden fess" to cover up mistakes is confusing to us. Please do reach out to us to explain where this concept came from so that we can work together on resolving the root of the issue.We have not had a lot of complaints from residents at your complex, however as you know, there were a few noise complaints during the lockdown when everyone was asked to remain at home. This can be difficult, especially in smaller communites where there is not much greenspace. We work hard to ensure that our rules enforcement is consistent and fair.In case you have misplaced our contact information, I am providing it for you again, as I know you have not reached out to us directly about these issues.
