Overview

This company offers VEIN TREATMENTS

We are proud to bring to Hawaii the state of the art, minimally invasive laser procedure to close the source of troublesome varicose veins.

VISUAL SCLEROTHERAPY
Visual Sclerotherapy treats smaller visible veins by injection of a harmless solution into the vein that eliminates them.

The Veinviewer was originally developed to help start IV's in small babies. The technology allows us to inject the problem veins not visible underneath the skin that may help supply even the smallest spider and varicose veins.

LASER VEIN TREATMENT
Lumenis' proprietary Nd:YAG technology provides multiple synchronized pulsing to selectively heat blood vessels of different sizes and depths. The wavelength of light and pulsing characteristics of the system allow the energy to be virtually invisible to the epidermal melanin, thus protecting the skin and allowing treatment of all skin types including tanned skin. Normally only a few pulses of the laser are required to achieve complete closure and sealing of the vessels. The combination of IPL and Nd:YAG therapy allows treatment of leg and facial veins as well as matting and small spider vessels that are often too small to inject. In addition laser/light therapy is fast, less painful; minimally invasive without needles; and typically does not require compression wrapping.

ULTRASOUND GUIDED SCLEROTHERAPY
Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy is the innovative technique of performing sclerotherapy on the small veins that connect the deeper and more superficial veins of the leg that lead to chronic spider and varicose veins. This therapy adds the extra level of treatment to ensure the best cosmetic result possible. Ultrasound Guided Sclerothrapy treats problematic veins that contribute to the formation of varicose and spider veins that EVLA cannot effectively eliminate.

ENDOVENOUS LASER THERAPY (EVLA)
This is the cornerstone of our treatments. This procedure closes the superficial vein that is the source of varicose and spider veins-the great saphenous vein. A special laser is inserted into the thigh under local anesthesia. The heat from the laser closes the vein in under an hour. You will return to activity the same day with minimal down time! This procedure permanently eliminates the source of varicose veins. Without this, most people will have recurrence of their varicose and spider veins even with other vein therapies because they did not treat the underlying cause. EVLA is far less painful than surgical vein stripping, works better, requires no hospitalization, and there is minimal associated down time. EVLA is covered under most insurance plans as well.

PHLEBECTOMY
Once varicose veins have formed on the surface, they remain permanently dilated and damaged with blood clots in them. Phlebectomy is the simple process of making micro incisions in the skin to remove them under local anesthesia. This eliminates that particular vein permanently and leaves no scarring. You can also return to activity the same day. Phlebectomy is also covered under most insurance plans.
