    On September 17, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they win bids for items displayed during an auction hosted by JewleryRoom.com; after placing the winning bid, consumers are required to pay for the items they have won. Consumers further allege after several weeks they have not received their products, or, the items shipped to them do not replicate the item they bid on. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for assistance in addressing delivery issues and refunds.

    On September 17, 2020, and October 08, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to the business to address the consumer complaints. As of October 19, 2020, the business has not responded.

    I've been trying to get jewelry items I purchased from them for over 2 months. Every few days they tell me they've shipped everything except 5 items and that I'll receive them within a week. After another 6 weeks I still haven't received them. There are numerous items I haven't received. They insulted me by telling me to get my account straight after telling me they'd do several things that they never have. When they shipped some items they lumped them together. IE: 1 shipment was to have 9 items, there were only 4. They told me they'd break each out but never did. I'm tired of their constant lying and failure to do what they said. I requested they simply do their job and ship remaining items and have gotten no response. I have contacted both credit card companies I paid with to inform them of these actions. They have had numerous excuses like having covid, being off, then on vacation but each time they told me I should receive remaining items within a week. I've informed them numerous times that I still haven't received anything for weeks. I asked for proof with a tracking number but no responses. They are incompetent and dishonest. I probably won't hear from them again and will certainly never do business with them again.

    I have been purchasing jewelry from JewlryRoom.com since late 2023. I really enjoy the ability to purchase from the privacy of my home and not have a clerk hover over me pressing me to buy an object I was looking at. I appreciate the watchlist feature on the website; it has afforded me the opportunity to obtain several items that I really wanted.I had a couple of minor issues early on ( one was my fault). I emailed customer service and the issue was resolved in 72 hours. I have been pleased with the items when they arrived, however arrival does take a little while and I am not sure if that is because I live in ******.On that note, items arrive well packaged and objects in good order. I buy something every couple of weeks and for more than four months have thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience.
