Would not recommend this company to even my worst enemies. Called to schedule an appointment for a move out cleaning. Have home specs and square footage to receive a quote. They quoted me $450 and stated that it may be a "little" lower or higher depending on how much work is. Fast forward to cleaning day, cleaners came in and stated they will not clean the oven or fridge because it's not in their "paperwork." Ok, no worries I cleaned them while they were cleaning upstairs. 3 and a half hrs later they came down and said they only have 30 minutes left on the agreed contract. Never was I told they were going to be on a time limit. So she tells me it will cost more to finish, or they pack up there stuff and leave without finishing. Well leaving us in that predicament, I need them to stay and finish so I can fulfill my contract with the landlord. 2 hrs later they finish downstairs and tell me that now my bill is 672! That's pretty far off from $450, but they knew we are in a tight spot time wise being military so they take advantage. We're used to it. Next day is my move out inspection, landlord tells me the windows are not clean. I call the cleaning the company and they stated "windows are not in the contract." Almost $700 and you can't clean some windows? So my wife asks the lady on the phone to just send the receipt and we will clean it ourselves. The way this company conducts business is disgusting.

We apologize for any misunderstanding. Our estimates are based on time spent in a home, which is why we ask questions like "how many bedrooms/bathrooms, what's the sq footage, do you have any pets, etc" during our initial calls to come up the estimate. The customer specified that he did not want to include inside the refrigerator and freezer, inside the oven, which is why it wasn't on the paperwork. We do indicate that "phone estimates" can be less or more than the amount given, because they are based on the average home. In this case, the cleaning took longer due to the cleaning condition of the house. We needed that extra time and got permission from the customer to go over the estimated amount. In the estimate, windows were not included as well. Again we apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding.
