Refund & Exchange Policy:
365 DAYS- 1 full year! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back to our warehouse in Honolulu for a refund. All returns must be unworn; unwashed, in the same condition you received them and with all the original tags and packaging. Women's swimwear, intimate and undergarment items must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. Fine jewelry and other products have a different return policy. See complete details below.
RETURNS: You can return within 365 days (1 full year). All returns must be unworn; unwashed and in the same condition you receive them and with all the original tags and packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are credited back to the same method of payment less a 15% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES: You can place a new order online and send the exchange back to us for credit. Re-shipping fees will be applied based on destination (this fee is only charged if the shipment fee for the new order is not paid online).
JEWELRY RETURNS: All fine jewelry can be returned within 30 days for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. The jewelry and display box must be in the original new condition, not worn out or scratched and have all the tags and documentation.
ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE: Wholesale, bulk special orders, lotions, opened unwrapped gifts, unpackaged, made-to-order items including embroidery, engraving or special customization; any closeout or final-sale items.
ORDER CANCELLATION: How do I cancel my order? If you order is pending shipment, just email us or call us to process the cancellation. If your order was shipped, we will process your order as an exchange or return.
