I have bought MANY things from Colortyme ************** have regards to their customers as calling or texting. They do so as they please & its CONSTANT, threatening text messages such as "CRITICAL" or "MAKE PAYMENT NOW" as if the account was past due when it just has reached the due date. I did not give consent to receive text messages. They text from different ************** said letters from their address & claim they didn't send it out. They're very rude over the phone & have terrible service. Countless times I have made payments on *********** claim I'm late or owe a late fee, too many hands on my account with no note from the previous payment. They don't communicate & they always s**** up my account. The main one who has the nastiest attitude there is *****! She's arrogant & rude over the phone & uses the "managers" name to pursue her payment chase. That lady needs to find a new job cause this one ain't for her, she has no customer service at all! ********************** don't respond if you're not going to get rid of that sickness in your store & if you're allowing it, shame on you guys!
