Owner Kharolina Lampe is a 30-year veteran of costuming, who’s been to 29 countries collecting costumes, dressed Frank Delima and Miss Hawaii, and had her creations featured on Hawaii Five-O.  “Every Halloween event deserves a unique costume,” says Lampe.   “We specialize in personalized service and theatrical quality costumes.".
