I've been trying to get a receipt for my solar heater I purchased last year Poncho to file my taxes They told me, it will take a long time to look for the receipt. It was purchased last year on 9/22/2023.First on 9/21/23 they sold me a used one which did not work. Then they told me to give them two thousand dollars more and they will bring a new one.It's taking more than two weeks and numerous calls and I still don't have it.I just want my receipt so I can file my tax

I have hired this company and they are excellent. I have been disappointed in several other companies and finally have a company that is knowledgeable, skilled, and provide much needed services without wiping out my budget. I have read other reviews and I appreciate the information. But I am so impressed that I am changing my warranty service providers to Ponchos Solar Services for both my ***************** solar systems **********! I couldnt ask for a better, more qualified group of professional solar installers/ repair persons! Their office staff is wonderful. ****** has been on top of my job and their crew members, *****, ************ know what they are doing.

We haven't had any issues with our solar panel and heater from Poncho's for years. Unfortunately, it was time to replace our heaters as there was a leak in one. They came checked everything and told us we should downsize with a new heater. We did that. Then not long after we discovered a leak in our solar panel. We had to wait and pay our regular electric bill while waiting. The panel got changed and months later our electric bill was horrendous. We didn't think about the panel because it was just replaced. Finally, we decided to check it because the bill was not making sense. WE discovered another leak and this time it was worse. Then we lost hot water. They came a couple of times to assist but then the hot water would be gone again. I am a senior Citizen and pay enough money to run the household and then I had to deal with NO hot water! I am extremely upset but I get NO commitments or no true compassion from Poncho's!! NOW who will pay my bills? I cannot change everything it would cost so much more!!! I REGRET doing business with this company!

PSS installed a solar water heater 10 years ago which included (2) 5-year maintenance check **** They promptly performed the first maintenance with no issues. Now came the 2nd maintenance. I have attempted calling them 4 times over that last few weeks. Always end up with a recorded message and have NOT received a response yet. What kind of business is this? Never again will I do business or refer them to anyone. They dont deserve to even be in business with such bad customer **********************. Im hoping I can find a reputable company to service my system. Seems they really dont care seeing all these bad reviews here. Thank you prior customers for leaving your reviews to validate Im not the only one with the bad service Im getting from PSS. Deserve negative stars.
