Back in Aug. of 2017, I believe it was, my grandfather, the homeowner, and i were approached by a salesman from Fullmer Brothers Construction, asking if we were having any types of issues with our house roof due to the heavy rains that we had just incurred and if we were covered by any type of insurance. We did have some issues at the time and my grandfather did state that we were covered by his homeowners insurance. The salesman then asked if he could take a look around and then later came up with a price for us. When given the price that we would be paying out of pocket, we thought the offer was great, being that the Insurace would cover the most part of the **** so we went ahead and scheduled for the roof to be fixed. To make a long story short, and after many call backs due to the skylights, interior painting, and excessive holes and nails all over the roof and yard, all the work was finally completed. Then just recently around ****** *** of this year 2021, a portion of the roof in my bedroom began to leak. I remembered about the gaurentee the salesman kept telling us about, which was for 7 years and got on the phone to get them back out to our home to repair it. I called FBC back in June and July of this year and was told that she would relay the message to the proper person and that they would be the one to get back to me. Well, no one ever got back to me and after another call, the phone number is no longer in service. As of today,Nov 12,2021, my roof is still not fixed. I put up a patch on it from the inside for now, but i know that when we do get another big rain, it will leak again and hopefully not fall in (Because i patched it from the inside of the house). Please help. Also, FYI, my grandfather has since passed away and i am in the progress of trying to find the correct paperwork and ****/ receipt of work done.
