If only this business could be rated 0 stars. I went to another tire shop who did not have the tire size I was requesting in stock so they were kind enough to call this business while I was at the counter to see if they had it. The owner answered the phone, stated the price of the tire in the needed size was under $80 but they would not replace just one tire. The representative at the other store advised to go to Royal and ONLY purchase the single tire I needed (no rim, no installation) and "don't let him give you a hard time. Tell him you JUST need the tire." I went over and tried to buy the tire and he immediately said it would be $120+ for the tire and installation would be additional. I told him I was told he had one for about $80 and I would like that one. He told me he had no tire in that size at the price. I mentioned that I'd been on the phone at the other business while they spoke to him and been told the price as they were speaking and he continued to deny it. He got extremely rude and continued to deny he'd had the conversation with the other business. I immediately left and would NOT wish for anyone to ever spend a dollar at this business as he is clearly a scam artist trying to upsell, not to mention his completely unprofessional, dishonest and outright aggressive behavior. Stay FAR, FAR away from the business and anyone who works there. They are not BBB accredited for a reason.
