A basic experience turned horrible due to extremely rude customer service received via the call center. The call center is administered by a very haulty older man who arbitrarily decides when he will answer the phone and will verbally assault you if he doesn't like your questions. On my first call he mimicked my voice and called me a stupid c*** before hanging up and not answering again for a week. He has caller id and refused the subsequent calls or picked up, never said anything and then hung up.My location experience was uneventful, shuttle service was quick, comfortable and professional. I still would not recommend ************ because they do not have influence over their customer service and provide no ********************** or apology for the crass behavior you're subjected to via the call center representative. They never undated my rental agreement when I switched cars (radio was broken), as a result the gas amount they expected was wrong and I had to gently fight back to not pay extra. I also witnessed them switching out rates on the two other people renting at the same time as me. They made them pay an additional $200 because their flight was delayed and they got there late.
