      So I want to report that the property manager Koel discriminates and harasses outside vendors. I was assigned to do a move out checklist on a unit and one of the things was to fix the leaky faucet for the bathtub.I was then told permits needed to be performed and a report needed to be made. (for a leaking faucet? I thought the building would be happy to save money on the fix.)After about 2 months of battling with ***** ********************** went to a board member and asked them if we needed a permit as he was a friend of the family. and sure enough we got a call saying we dont need permits to fix a leaking faucet.I am officially filing Harrasment Charges on HPR and Koel as well as Sexual Harrasment Charges because I refused to meet him at his residence in the building. I felt that it was unnecessary and since that date he has thrown every brick in the road to making my life a living h*** completing the tasks there.

      I am a vendor for one of the units on the property and do remodeling work between tenants. I approached the Residential Manager whos name is Kole, and the first encounter I called him up and he was busy in his own unit. I apologized and asked him did he want me to come back? and he said yes and hung up on me rudely. 2. 5 hours I waited and during that time i found the Water Key in front of the building and hold onto it for him. I called again and told him if the situation I was in and mentioned I had the water key someone left out front and he then agreed to meet me.The next day I was told to pick up the key-fob before Noon to enter the unit.So I showed up at 11:45am and knocked on the ************************** door. No response. I called the number and heard the phone ring in the office as I soon find out he is literally 3ft away and tells me he is done for the day and cant issue the fob to me that I have to pick it up in 2 days. (Seriously, there was only a door separating us) Now not only is he not have people person skills, but he is unprofessional and to make me come back in 2 days to start my work? For a residential manager. he is not a people person and feels that catering to his own work in his unit is more important than the vendors that come to help fix the place up. The property manager was not only discriminating against me by making everything I do more of a challenge to get done or even start in hopes that I just leave on my own accord, but he is being bias to make me wait 2 days to even start and finish my work. His jerk off attitude is unprofessional in my book and he needs to apologize for being in the wrong. He could have simply opened the door and handed me the Fob, but to be only 3 ft away and tell me I can not get it is ridiculous and shows how much of a jerk he is, not to mention the discriminating towards me because of maybe how i look, act or dress. I have always been 100% respectful and and to receive that treatment is wrong.
