2017 Award Recipients

Slatter Management Services has been an Accredited Business since 2003. Originally a division formed in 1987 of Steven D Bell and Company, Slatter Management was founded in May 2002 by President and owner, Terry Slatter. The company is proud of the wealth of knowledge its staff provide our developers, boards of directors, homeowners, homeowner associations and vendors. It is because of this knowledge and understanding of homeowners associations that Slatter Management quickly rose to the top of Homeowners Association Management Companies in North Carolina by providing Community Management in the Triad.
