The hair is terrible. They admitted via email that they switched vendors in August 2023. I ordered hair in July 2023. They had a flash sale instead of just trashing the terrible hair they still sold it. 3 ****** bundles for $250. Never again. All types if colored thread in the bundles and the hair is already looking like my install was 3 months ago. Never again.Review from Shaqueena H

I ordered a $430 product from this company. Their policy stated within 48-73 hours I will receive my tracking number. 7 days went by and I still haven’t received my tracking number. So I asked them to cancel due to false advertising. They said no and immediately sent the tracking #. So I left it alone until I find out my order is missing in the mail. So I told them this is why I asked you to cancel my order the 1st time because you are unprofessional now it’s missing?? They kept saying no refunds, no refunds and ask USPS for help. So I asked usps and they said the couldn’t find it. Please Don’t order from this company. I worked hard to invest in this product, and this was an investment to my career so I was using this product with good intentions not to look cute. Diamond Dynasty not only messed up my money but slowing the process of my career!Review from ALEXIS B

BEWARE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This company is a SCAM!!! I learned about this company from Affirm. I never had a issue with Affirm. I order hair from Diamond Dynasty through Affirm.. The order was not sent out. So I canceled it. Almost 4 weeks later. I received a pick up notice from the postal service. I refused the package. I had a tracking number. So it was delivered back to Diamond Dynasty. They refuse to refund Affirm. Affirm is now on my credit report and collection.Review from Brionca T

Something has changed in the quality of this hair - i ordered from Diamond Dyansty in 2018 and the hair lasted me two installs really well. Recently I placed the exact same order, and the hair was constantly shedding and dreading; I spent an hour detangling and conditioning it one morning, and by the end of the day it was dreaded up in a huge knot on my head. I had to get it cut out only 3 weeks after my installation. Huge bummer, because I was really happy with the quality when I bought from them last time.Review from Alex R

Awful company! Shipping takes forever, almost a month to receive my order. And the bundles are extremely thin. Ordered 24,26 and 28 inch curly bundles and the ends are basically transparent. At least 4 inches needs to be cut offReview from Tracey J

This company is so unprofessional! I’ve emailed them numerous times re; an order I placed on 10/7/22 and now almost 3 weeks later it still hasn’t shipped and they haven’t replied to any of my emails Inquiring about my order. Their website says 5-8 business days for shipping which is not only a lie but they don’t care to reply to any emails from paying customers. I will never buy from here again. $270 for my order and I haven’t received it yet.Review from Jasmine N

I ordered the wrong color frontal, never opened it even attached a video and sent it back. They wouldn’t even give me a credit, worst company ever never buy from here…This is what they said to me.. Hello, Management has denied the store credit due to our store policy stating color items are final sale items, the only option we will have will be to have the item you ordered reshipped. We sent you the correct color that was purchased at the time you ordered. This is not a mistake on our part unfortunately will not be able to offer store credit. If you can provide a email we can send your reshipment invoice to we can do so, if you prefer for us to RTS (return to sender and refuse the package) we can also do this; however I am unsure how long that process will take as it will not be trackable with RTSReview from Destiny G.

This is the worst company to buy hair from. I bought hair from them some time back and they sent me the wrong color. When I asked them where is my 1B, they stated they had none in stock, which is ridiculous. Recently I spent about 600 for 3 bundles and an HD frontal. This took a month to get to me due to the HD frontal being custom, BUT they sent me a closure instead. It's taken over a month to get a hold of customer service, I advise everyone to steer clear from this place.
