My daughters car was towed for absolutely so reason!..It was parked at her college in a parking space in front of her building, parking tag and everything..She called the towing company and the lady was rude as ****! Tell my daughter that’s her car and she needs to come get it and come to find out they towed the wrong **** car!!!.. The car they was looking for was out on the street!,All they told us was they took the wrong car!.. To totally different descriptions!!Never got a apology or nothing, They we’re so extremely rude and nasty !.. How do you take the wrong **** car??..They need to be shut down ASAP!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. My car was in my daughters possession on 11/4/23 and was towed from a location that is now out of business. My daughter asked if she could get Casey’s Towing contract that would make them able to tow at this location and she got hung up on several times. The lady that runs the company was so rude; cussed her and her boyfriend out. It was the worst customer service ever. I called to asked if I could speak with someone in their management and the same lady was rude to me and very aggressive. She wouldn’t let me get a word out or even give me a name. It’s fine if my daughter parked incorrectly and was liable for the fees but to be hung up on and cursed out is unacceptable. I will continue trying to get someone from managements name to see if we can get a contract for this location where the car was towed. Custom Service is so necessary in businesses regardless of the situation.

I had a car towed. It was parked in the handicap and forgot to put up sticker. I asked who called to have it towed. They said the driver was driving around at 1 o'clock in the morning. I called to fine out how much. 375.00. I call and she said they only take cash. I get the cash get their and she's gone after i said i was on the way. The tow truck driver just happen to be their. He call her to make sure i told him the right amount. All of sudden it's 425.00.They haven't had the car 24 hrs. I talk to her and she said the made a misstake and it is 375. I have 380 and now i can't get change because they don't have change. So the get a extra 5. If you take only cash why can't i get my change back. They are taking advantage of people. I would go to small claims court but it would cost me more than 5 dollars. Really made angry.

Very predatory and not consistent at all. Towing my car after I got out of it. I almost hurt myself. The workers are super rude and threatening, I didn’t feel safe at all.

They over charge you costed me 415 dollars to get my car and they impounded it from a income based housing

Customer Service can make or break a company and the lady that answers the phone for this company is the most unprofessional Customer Service Person I have ever dealt with. To speak to someone in the manner that she did when calling to inquire on a tow that was done while car was still started & keys in the ignition was not only uncalled for but BAD BUSINESS!!!! It’s obvious that company is sitting stalking ppl at their homes to find a slip up and use loopholes to make money. I fully intend to report this place (not business) to the BBB!!! This is such a shame especially when you are trying to support Black Owned Businesses and you get this level of unprofessional behavior. Lady you really should be ashamed of yourself and consider another profession. I will continue to negatively report this company on EVERY social platform as warning to ppl before you have to deal with this company. Seek other tow companies if you are looking for professionalism and to speak with someone that will listen to you as the customer before calling ppl names (call back when you get some sense is what was said by this company’s customer service) or rudely hanging up on you the customer!!!!! Learn how to speak with customers without insulting them. Now all the lights are on in the car as it was improperly towed.

This company preys on college students by towing Parked vehicles during large school events even when vehicles are parked legally on private property. Casey towing is a predatory Company. Their drivers are goons who will Physically assault young college girls. They should be out of business and the NC Attorney General should throughly investigate this company and put them out of business immediately. If I could rate them less than zero, I would !!!!! Throw your $$$ away to another company! Pissed

Casey Towing came into our community like vultures with 2-3 trucks. We are a small community with only 81 units. With such a large show for a small community it shows how greedy the towing business can be. We has a vehicle towed from her alloyed spaces because she was double parked. The woman had rights to do because the units are owned by her and her sister. They aren’t consistent with their pricing either. Of the three cars towed no one fee was the same. It ranged from $175.00 to $260.00.
