Ordered 2 samplers,received 1 and a coffee mug! Called customer service,was told 1 sampler went to the troops. While I support our troops, I wanted my smokes. They said the couldn't do anything, I said my shipping order said 2 samplers were in the package, but the said couldn't do anything, also wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. I received an email from JR Cigars last week with a special that included a 5 ct Infused gift set with certain orders. I went there and made a purchase. It showed up but with no gift set. I reached out and they said they may have run out (while supplies last). I asked well why would you send a note, email or call to let me know - I would have cancelled my order. Scam artists. I ordered and paid for expedited 2-day shipping, only for them to email me 5 days later saying my address doesn’t exist? And it’s not their problem? They can only issue me a refund once they receive the “return” package, which I NEVER RECEIVED in the first place. Such a terrible experience, 0 stars if I could.Review from Kenneth G

I am a regular customer and order all my cigars from JR's. Not anymore!! Ordered a box of Primo del Rey cigars this morning and did a fast check out. Didn't have a chance to apply my daily promo code for 25% off the order. Called customer service for help and was told they couldn't help me. The sales was final! Sorry! MEMBERSHIP NOT WORTH IT - Points expire - read the fine print. Cigars are often sold out, higher priced than other websites, coupons aren't applicable, etc. AVOID!Review from Duane B

Exceptional Customer Service—above and beyond my expectations . Jason and Lauren are excellent ambassadors for JR !! They are Extremely nice and really make you feel like friends and not just a number and a job !!

TERRIBLE!!!!! I paid for 2 day delivery, placed my order in Saturday July 29th and 3 days later I get an email with a delivery date of Thursday August 3rd. Not 2day delivery but they still charged me the $12.99 2 day delivery FEE!! I will go back to ****** ***** which are very clear with delivery and respond to any inquiries about your order. VERY DISAPPOINTING & I will let all my family and friends know NOT TO PURCHASE FROM JR CIGARS??????????JR Cigars Response

Buyers beware!!! Received 2 promotions today one to my cell, the other via email. "Today only get 35% off site wide orders with SMS35! code" Both promotions were pushed to me! both said SITE WIDE ORDERS . I purchased the first order and the coupon didn't apply, I processed a 2nd order and the coupon didn't apply . By the time you realize it didn't deduct it's already processed/ Even worst. when I called to complain the said the brand I purchased was not eligible for discount. I asked why it said site wide and not selected brands, they said the site says it. None of the promotional material they sent me ever call out exclusion of selected brands. The also REFUSED to cancel the order!! Only after I demanded to speak to a supervisor, and stated I was calling the credit company did the agree to cancel the order. I also advised them to close my profile!!. This has happened to me before, I have always opted out of there promotions, but they find a way back.
