I agreed on 08/24/2020 to let First Class Roofing, Inc replace my damaged roof, sales rep. Milton H***** gave me a quote on this date to replace roof, any damaged wood and replace gutter guards. He wanted to know what insurance would pay, I told him That they sent me a check for $10, 920.35, replacement cost was $15, 975.19 with depreciation of $4,554.84 and a $500 deductible. Milton wrote me a quote of $14,474.00 and said he could collect the extra amount from insurance company, I signed on 08/24/2020. I never received a detailed invoice of repairs! They brought out materials 2 weeks later and blocked my drive way till 10/01/2020 when his company came out to install new roof. They did not have to replace any wood or anything else except gutter guards. Compared to other quotes he was very high on price, I asked him about that he did not have an answer. While they installed my roof, I asked if they could replace roof on my storage building and Milton told me that he could do that for $500 and I agreed. I wrote him a check for $10,920.35 on 11/02/2020 for home repairs. I had a front gutter on building that was at wrong angle and he said he would take care of it. When I came home one day I seen that new gutters had been installed, front gutter with angle problem still not fixed. I called Milton and he said that there were some communication problems and he would fix gutter, I advised him that I would take care of problem and Milton said not to worry about the $500 we agreed upon for repairs on building. The check I wrote on 11/02/2020 was cleared on 06/25/2021. I have not heard from Milton or his company until I received an invoice from First class roofing, Inc. on 12/17/2021 for the amount of $5,054.84. The invoice stated they replaced roof on house, installed new gutters on house, replaced storage building roof and gutters. I never received any invoice for completion of work, I called Milton on 12/21/2021 and asked what is going on, no response!
